I really think Panini staff hate going home on a Friday. Must explain why they don't prepare for this inevitable outcome beforehand...

I think I'd rather be you guys with orders but no points gone. I tried to order 5, got charged for shipping, took 12500 points out of my account, my order history says 1 pack, and I still have 4 packs in my cart. Being that I'm now out of points, nothing I can do but hope I don't get screwed.

That's probably a lot better than my situation. In the middle of processing payment, I experienced an error.

But, my points were deducted and I received a pending shipping fee. No confirmation in-app message or email. Feel like I'm about to lose some points (temporarily anyway) and miss out on these packs as a result.

Got charged for shipping, but points didn't decrease. This is not the first time it's happened to me. Hopefully customer service can sort it out.

Since my points didn't decrease after I ordered 3 packs, I've tried to re-order just in case. I haven't really been able to come close to entering my credit card so maybe that means my order was processed.

It looks like I was able to get 4. I didn't get a successful in-app message or email but the order history page finally loaded successfully and it showed 4 being successfully ordered.
