Bad storms today all over the region but the Yard Goats were still able to get in tonightís game, with a little over an hour delay. Thanks to the storms, not many people were there trying to get autographs and was able to get the big guys for the FisherCats and walk away very happy!

1/1 Vladimir Guerrero Jr
1/1 Bo Bichette
2/4 TJ Zeuch
2/2 Jon Harris
3/4 Zach Jackson

Was really aiming to finally get Bo as I hadnít yet, and the extra Vlad came in as a very nice bonus. Back at it tomorrow with the morning 10:35 game at Dunkin Donuts Park, will try to fill up my team sheet now as I really had not been focused on that!

Morning game today getting FisherCats in Hartford and was an excellent day, and overall great series for getting autographs. Got the entire team over the course of the series and got the whole team except Bo Bichette today. Got a lot of cards I wanted done and it was awesome to see Vladimir Guerrero Jr bat in person, 8/12 with two homers when I was there. Donít expect him to be in AA much longer. Anyways, todayís results:

Pregame:
1/1 Max Pentecost
1/3 Sean Reid-Foley
1/1 Justin Shafer
3/3 Nick Tepesch
2/4 TJ Zeuch
2/4 Zach Jackson
2/2 Jon Harris
1/1 Francisco Rios

Postgame:
1/1 Max Pentecost
1/4 Sean Reid-Foley
3/3 TJ Zeuch
2/2 Zach Jackson
2/2 Harold Ramirez
1/1 Cavan Biggio
1/1 Vladimir Guerrero Jr

Also got 18 FisherCats on my team sheet including everybody I didnít have cards for and took a picture with Blue Jays #9 Prospect TJ Zeuch. Based on how I did with the FisherCats in April, this series was awesome (probably due to much warmer weather), and am ready to get back at it this weekend with Akron coming to town! Hope everyone is having a good week!

Had a good day yesterday, my best day quantity wise so far in the MiLB this year. I did pregame for the Lancaster Barnstormers of the independent league in New Britain for the first time this year, and got almost all the cards I brought signed.

2/2 Jonathan Albaladejo
2/2 Josh Bell
1/1 Tyler Bortnick
2/2 Ryan Casteel
2/2 Joe Gardner
2/2 Matt Marksberry
1/1 Ross Peeples
1/1 Trayvon Robinson
1/1 Darian Sandford
1/1 Joey Terdoslavich
2/2 Keenyn Walker

From there, since I pass through Hartford on my way home and the timing coincided nicely, I ended up able to do postgame for Akron vs Hartford, and got a lot of my stuff done for Akron, which is good because even though I planned on seeing them this weekend the weather does not look good. Also got some Hartford players too which I needed

Akron:
1/2 Bobby Bradley
2/2 Sean Brady
2/2 Mitch Brown
2/2 Andrew Calica
1/2 Willi Castro
4/4 Tyler Krieger
3/3 KaíAi Tom
2/2 Matt Whitehouse

Hartford:
1/1 Yonathan Daza
1/3 Sam Hilliard
3/4 Dom Nunez
3/3 Wes Rogers
1/1 Jesus Tinoco

Overall a great day and hoping the weather holds off this weekend! Have a nice weekend everybody!

By the way who are you missing for 2015 Contenders? Anyone in the Eastern League I could help you out with?

Mostly all the retired and MLB gys that I'm too cheap to pay for. Everyone in the minors still is out on deals. Thanks for offering your help though!

Not much today from Akron and stayed for pregame only because I didnít need much done in total

3/3 Mark Mathias
2/2 Kevin Howard
1/1 Willi Castro
2/2 Bobby Bradley

Also got Tyler Krieger to sign a photo I took with him last year, and took new photos with Indians Prospects Willi Castro (#5), Aaron Civale (#10), and Kaíai Tom (#23). Tom ended up going 5-5 with two homers to both fields, Akron got 21 hits and absolutely demolished Hartford. Hoping the rain holds off this weekend but isnít looking too good to do any games these next two days!

Tried to get some Akron Rubberducks today on photos I took with their top prospects but the weather wasnít cooperating. All was fine and then the players started to come out and right after I called Bobby Bradley over while he was walking to me it started to downpour. I brought out the umbrella and got him on 3/3 ( 2 cards and 1 photo), Willi Castro, and Kaíai Tom but the rain got the pics and cards decently bad. Oh well, one of the downfalls of IP autographs of the MiLB in the summer, hopefully the sun shines tomorrow so I can try again. Thinking I might wipe what I got today they are pretty splotchy, can't win them all

Only had cards left for Bobby Bradley, Mark Mathias, and Dorssys Paulino. Really wanted Paulino since I hadnít got him at all this series but he wasnít up for signing. Oh well, he did the same thing last year where he signed the first day of the series but didnít touch a pen for the rest. Mathias didnít come out as he is on the DL. So in total:

2/3 Bobby Bradley

Also added some Ducks on my team sheet and got 25 players on that in total for the series; only missing Paulino, Mathias, and Starting Pitcher Shao-Ching Chiang.

Also added a nice get to my 2017 Bowman set Iím building, thanks to some good friends for help in getting Erick Fedde.

Not much going on this week around here, hope everyone has a good one!

Went ďfishingĒ for autographs for only my 2nd time ever in Pawtucket. If youíve never been there, the stadium is not ideal for autographs. The seating is a whole floor above the playing area so you canít get autographs traditionally, and the dugouts are carved under the seats so you canít even see into them from above. So to get autographs you have to tie what you want signed to a rope, and lower it down and hope the players see it and sign. I ended up getting two players to bite for Lehigh Valley.

2/2 Collin Cowgill
1/1 Zac Curtis

Not a huge outcome but itís fun, and itís 3 more cards than I had before, and I got my baseball fix in which I had been missing all week.

A little rain today in New Britain for some Atlantic League graphing made it not the easiest, and the rain hit a few of my cards, but I still managed to do well. 50 cards in total.

New Britain:

2/4 Wally Backman
2/2 Mauro Gozzo
4/4 Reid Brignac
6/6 Darrell Ceciliani
6/6 Darren Ford
1/1 Vinny Siena
2/2 Evan Scribner
2/2 Kyle Simon
2/2 Andy Van Hekken
5/5 Rainy Lara
1/1 Elvin Ramirez
3/3 Manny Delcarmen
4/4 Matt Tuiasosopo

Sugarland:

2/2 Pete Incaviglia
3/3 Kyle Winkler
1/1 Courtney Hawkins
2/2 Barrett Barnes
2/2 Kyle Kubitza

Wish the weather was better but overall a good day, have a few guys left for New Britain (Jason Rogers, Deibinson Romero, Jamar Walton) so I’ll probably go back next week when York comes, but am glad Hartford is home for 6 Days starting Tuesday! Have a nice week everybody!

It was not the most optimal conditions but at least the team signing worked out! And it's funny to me Lara did all of yours, he did 2/3 for me! Nice Siena card too.

Yes, based on how the weather was it could have been a lot worse. And that's interesting, perhaps he didn't see the third card? See you later this week for Altoona?

Went to Pawtucket again today because couldn’t have a Memorial Day without a ballgame. Did pregame “fishing” and also postgame. Postgame they roped off anyone over the age of 12 behind anyone under the age of 12 and there was a lot of kids so it was not easy to get autographs and I didn’t get a ton, but I got the two guys I really wanted so I’m very happy everything worked out.

Pregame:
1/1 Enyel De Los Santos
1/1 Heiker Meneses
2/2 Trevor Plouffe

Postgame:
3/3 Dylan Cozens
2/2 Tzu-Wei Lin

Also took a pic with Cozens, he was super friendly, real personality change after he denied me twice last season. Hartford is home all the next 6 days now so hoping for a big week, hope everyone has a nice one!

4/4 Taylor Gushue
1/1 Logan Darnell
2/2 Dan Gamache
1/1 Kelvin Gutierrez
2/2 Matt Grace
1/4 Drew Ward
2/7 Daniel Johnson
2/4 Adam Brett Walker II
1/1 Osvaldo Abreu
2/2 Michael Tejera
2/2 Derek Self

Postgame:
2/2 Drew Ward
3/3 Daniel Johnson
1/3 Adam Brett Walker II
6/6 Jeff Ames
3/3 Ismael Guillon
2/2 Jefry Rodriguez
4/8 Forrest Wall

I would have loved to see Harrisburg this week, but I was never originally anticipating it and wasn't going to be able to get cards on time. I do have a mountain of cards waiting for Altoona, Erie, and Reading though. Great stuff you got!

Too bad you couldn't make it, they were a good team and then the rehabbers were a very nice bonus. I'm ready for Altoona and Erie too with a ton for Altoona Also ordered a lot of cards for Binghamton players not named Tim Tebow but with the crowd there not sure how it will be. Still have to order some more stuff for Portland and Reading down the road, see you this weekend!

Did Harrisburg again tonight in Hartford. Didn’t have much left for the usual players and Murphy and Goodwin didn’t stay pregame. Didn’t stay for post because I had pretty much nothing else left.

3/3 Adam Brett Walker II
2/2 Daniel Johnson
1/1 Roman Mendez
1/1 Drew Ward
1/1 Osvaldo Abreu

Also took pictures with a few of the Senators top prospects Taylor Gushue, Osvaldo Abreu, Daniel Johnson, and Drew Ward. Back at it tomorrow and plan on doing the Hartford side for the first time this year!

Pulled a doubleheader today; Senators vs Yard Goats for the morning game and Road Warriors vs Bees of the Atlantic League for the night game. Did pretty well all in all

Yard Goats:
1/1 Sam Hilliard
1/1 Craig Schlitter
1/1 Brendan Rodgers
1/1 Brian Mundell
2/2 Scott Burcham
2/4 Peter Lambert
1/1 Marc Magliaro
1/1 Logan Cozart
1/1 Dom Nunez

Senators:
3/3 Adam Brett Walker II

Also got my photos by Ward, Abreu, and Gushue signed from the previous night, and a handful of the rest of the Senators on my team sheet. Good series all in all, got the whole team and 2 rehabbing players.

For the night game,

Road Warriors:
4/4 Gustavo Pierre
1/4 Alfredo Silverio
4/4 Chris Rivera
3/3 Giovanni Soto
1/1 Luis Cruz

Those were the only 5 players on the team I had cards of. Altoona comes to town this weekend and I have a lot for them so looking forward to it, have a nice weekend everyone!
