Two hits (one autograph or sketch card guaranteed) per 12-pack box (eight boxes per case). Mini boxes will have six packs.

So does this mean one hit per mini box? If so, beware ebay sellers selling the likely heavier mini box with the medallions.

Base card Refractor rainbow will include Blue (/150), Green (/99), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Black (/10), Red (/5) and 1/1 Superfractors.

Rogue One and Solo inserts with Gold, Red and Super parallels

20 "extended" base cards that alternate takes on character cards in the set. Those will only have the three parallels like the inserts.

Droids and Vehicles cards (same three parallels)

I wonder if the extended base cards are more like inserts or will those be SP like with evolution and galactic files?

Three auto sets to look for. Finest and Rogue One autos will have Green, Gold, Orange, Black, Red and Supers with same volume as the base parallels
Prime Autographs will only have the standard version and Black, Red and Superfractor versions

Odd they're choosing to focus on Rogue One still for the auto set instead of Solo or more emphasis on TFA/TLJ. However, if they can't get any other big names from Solo, it's probably better to keep Ahmed, Whittaker, Jones, Yen and Tudyk.

Lightsaber Hilt medallions with Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Black (/10), Red (/5) and 1/1 Superfractors

Curious if these are just a rehash of MW1 medallions or new designs. Maybe the medallion is just the hilt and slightly bigger than normal? I'd LOVE to see a design like the Elegant Weapons from SWCT digital app but with the medallion saber in it! Also curious if the card will be the different color of if the medallion will be different color, or both?

Sketches will have standard versions and diecuts in the shape of C-3PO's head.

Nice that they're changing it up a bit with the die-cuts to keep it fresh.

Also, are these expected to be on-card? Obviously the Fisher will be, but the others aren't clear, but typically Chrome was on card.

Also, no mention of Hamill among the signers. I'm curious if there's something going on why he hasn't signed yet for the other sets either, or maybe some drama since he openly criticized Disney/TLJ and helped fuel fans hate because they had someone agree it wasn't that great.

So far we know:
Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Kenny Baker, Andy Serkis, Anthony Daniels and Peter Mayhew

I’m sure if they were going to be all on card, they’d hype the crap outta that.

The Finest brand is on chrome card stock, so they will get the full refractor treatment. Finest was actually the first topps cards on all chrome stock back in 93' and also the debut of refractor tech in trading cards

I have been waiting on this FOREVER!!!

I saw the thread and went right to pre-sales and saw there were only 5 cases loaded so inquired about putting down a deposit on a case, got a reply in minutes and put down the deposit (more than likely in the nick of time)

They may have been up/available for less than 10 minutes

I'm sure they have access to a whole lot more but wanted to gauge interest

Print run will play a major factor in break value here though.

Would 1,000 cases be a fair estimate? Anything over that will kill it, under 750 could be loaded.

Of course i am hoping for a low print run but honestly think it will be a winner even at 900-1000 or so cases

Feel like it has been a LONG time coming... well exactly 22 years since the 1st Star Wars Finest set debuted

Wish they would have ditched the manu-relics but if they have them in Masterwork year after year i suppose we can expect them in just about every release sans Stellar

I have not bought a full case of Topps Star Wars Product in years; Masterwork I spoiled the hell out of me and it was all down hill from there

My expectation is for on-card autos for everyone possible just like it is with Baseball Finest. With 8 box cases I can’t see under 1000 cases. Waiting patiently for my distributor to send out solicitation for this.....I love Finest.

I like the Rogue One insert design more than the base design. (The picture at the very top of this thread is from the R1 insert)

If I understand the sell sheet correctly, I calculate 1,062.5 cases.

However, it goes without saying that sell sheets are oftentimes inaccurate. Plus I may not be understanding it correctly....

What did you use for that? Does a sell sheet have medallion counts or something we can narrow down?

I admit this is all just guesswork on my part and not something substantial. But what I am using is I am going by what it says under "Base Cards".

It says "Refractor Parallel: 1:3 packs". Based on how this line is located under "Base Cards", my interpretation - which I gladly admit is more a wild-ass guess than anything else - is that this means you get a base card refractor every 3 packs (and that 1:3 is *not* the overall refractor insert rate).

Another leap in logic I am taking is assuming there are no non-numbered refractors (otherwise it would probably have been listed). So once we calculate the grand total number of base refractors in the entire release at 34,000, that implies 102,000 packs, which comes down to 8,500 boxes and then 1062.5 cases.

The entire calculation goes out the window if the 1:3 ratio is the overall insert ratio for refractors and not just the base cards. So I am really just having fun guessing more than anything else....

Chrome Perspectives and TFA Chrome had a non-numbered refractor parallel, why wouldn't this?

The 1:3 packs Refractors most likely are not serial numbered. They haven’t been in any other Recent Chrome or Finest product.

Well I didn't make the set distribution decision so I can't really address *why* this doesn't have a non-numbered parallel, but it is worth pointing out that in each of those situations you mentioned, the non-numbered refractor parallels were mentioned on the sell sheet.

Topps generally mentions their non-numbered parallels on their sell sheets, but no such parallel set is mentioned here. That certainly doesn't prove anything, but it is what I will go with for now.
