Default Topps Redemption Question

I do not collect much except Griffey Jr and auto memorabilia..so I would be looking at selling whatever I get. Here is the offer from Topps...what do the experts think?
Thanks

Current Estimated Value: $150.00

Substitution Card: 2016 Topps Chrome Auto of Corey Seager Card Number: RA-CS
Current Estimated Value: $ 120.00
Substitution Card: 2014 Five Star Silver Signatures Orange auto of Craig Biggio /5 Card Number: FSSS-CB
Current Estimated Value: $35.00

I would take that in a heart beat. Much easier for you to sell.

I'm not an expert by all means, but I think that is not a bad replacement.
The original quad card is unique and nice one to have, but of the wrong guys (except Darvish in my opinion).

Seager's 2016 Topps Chrome base auto being valued $120 seems over-estimation by Topps part (maybe intentionally), but his market is probably low now.
If you can wait, I'll wait to sell that one.

I agree jump on it, especially since your reselling. The multiple players are unique, I’d rather have a single signer over a multiple, unless of course they are all superstars signed.

Take it. Seager and Biggio should bring more money, easily.

That's the only card I have actively in the Topps Redemption system - for 4 years - sad that it's never going to be made - and that Topps is still allowed to do that. I wonder how long before they make me take a replacement...

Definitely not going against the grain here, good deal! Even if Topps slips an invoice for $5 in with the cards you’re doing just fine!

I think the most messed up part is that Topps is still sitting on a /5 auto that should have been released in product and decided to keep it for a “rainy day”...

But I agree with everybody else, I’d jump at that deal. I think you will come out way ahead than you would on the other card. Sorry you are not getting what you paid for.

And they don’t actually need you to agree with them. I’m speaking from experience. Upper Deckbclosed out my remaining five redemptions after sitting open for almost five years. I got zero input and when I complained about it, they sent me a few more cards. I ended up coming out ahead but it still pissed me off.

Good luck on your deal sir!

Thank you - certainly frustrating by all accounts - and by them keeping the cards, it's twofold bad. They get to stiff people on replacements - and they create artificial demand by holding onto cards that people are trying to rip boxes to acquire that they never will.
