Yea, don't get me wrong I'd love to pull one ,but I've never got into the cards with the gemstones in the them. That same card design minus the gems/little less foil and it's right up my alley. They old extra exquisite sets are my favorite cards after 90's inserts.

I don't like the design dual of the dual player patch cards as much as some of the past releases ,but this is a cool combo.

So what is worth more? The Triple Diamond /5, or the base diamond /25 encased RC? I say the encased /25 as it is the "true" rookie from this set. As a Jaylen Brown collector if I pick up a Flawless card it will only be the /25 version.

If we've learned anything from current trends and even past stuff it's the base set rookie that comes out on top.

My vote is the /25 after a week of stuff settling in.

I'm still surprised Panini hasn't created an official Flawless RPA yet.

Wouldn't that mean getting rid of the encased diamond cards as the base rookie and offering only RPAs in their place though? I feel like the reason collectors chase this stuff is the uniqueness of the encased cards, the quality of the patches and the novelty of the high end product. Get rid of the encased base set and you lose a lot of the appeal I think.

I'm beginning to wonder if athletes are losing interest in signing cards. The delays with this product and settling for unheard of white guy retired bball players for a 4 figure box is interesting to put it mildly.
