PG's return to Indy
Billed in Indy as Oladipo and Sabonis playing against their former teams. No mention of PG.
Before the game the Pacers showed a long video going through all the greats in their history -- Wayman Tisdale, Chuck Person, Dale Davis, Jeff Foster, Jalen Rose, Reggie Miller, etc. Paul George was not included. PG booed by fans . . . even those wearing his Jersey. Multiple mentions that Oladipo has hit 2 game winning shots as a Pacer and that PG never hit any. Things like this are why I love the NBA. Love how Indy wins a few games and starts really feelin good about themselves.
They'll be bounced outta the playoffs by Lebron again come this spring.

Just for the record, I think LeBron will bounce again this summer as well.

They lost that game. Too many turnovers and forced shots. They need to CTFD

The Pacers are one of the feel good stories of the NBA this far. With what's going on with the Warriors, I really don't think this season is at all about championship aspirations for all but a very few teams. For young, mid tier teams like Indiana, Philly, Milwaukee etc, its about developing as a team and starting to put some things together. The Pacers are doing a great job at that.

Love that article from Whitney Medworth
https://www.sbnation.com/2017/12/13/...n-relationship For someone living in France, Paul George made me following the Pacers, and the team with Granger, Hibbert, West, Hill & Lance was hands down my favorite of the decade. Bitter taste in mouth with the way he left the franchise, but you can't forget the 2-way player he was before his injury. This won't be the same anymore, the PG of the early years > PG now, and you can't always living in the past, but he really brought me back interest in the NBA. Quote:
