I think you're right on the RC's - did Topps ever state anything regarding Managers and/or Executives? I could be in the minority, but I'd welcome a Theo Epstein or Brian Cashman card as well as a Hughie Jennings or Casey Stengel and that could be a GREAT time to do these!

I’m all for seeing managers and maybe GMs, I think they said something about the possibility of non-players being featured in the set. |

Like a free checklist card with every week #42 purchase, and make it to where you can’t buy the checklist in bulk without buying the 3 respective featured cards. |

If they had started in January 2018 I See no reason the Happ or Hoskins card could not have been issued with an RC before the season started. |

I could see that, I'd think they'd have much lower print runs, too.

- Salvador Perez - Ryan O'Hearn - Adalberto Mondesi There still wouldn't be as many Royals in the set as there are Yankees, but we'll take care of that the following week with George Brett, Brad Keller and Whit Merrifield. |

I emailed Topps a few months ago, suggesting a free/bonus checklist card when the set hits 100 or 132. It could be included in the 3 card bundle, have front graphic similar to the 1953 wrapper and list the first 100 on the back.
I got a standard “we will take it into consideration “ reply. As far as non-players, I would love a Harry Carey. Last edited by hmooreart2; 09-29-2018 at 12:37 PM. |

Unfortunately for Red/White Sox fans, Epstein and Carey would be Cubs in the Living Set (right now)! |

Speaking of graded cards I just got my first ever PSA sub back yesterday. It was 50 LS cards and 37 were 10 gem mint and the other 13 were 9s. 74% gems for my 1st ever graded cards order made me feel good about myself.
I am going to do another sub sometime soon and be a little more selective this time. Still going to keep raw cards but also like having graded. Both have positives. I'd also like a free checklist. You had me at free. |

Once they perfect the embedded sound chip for David Wrights hold message, they can give us Harry's "Take Me Out to the Ballgame"!

Finally got around to making a total site update to TheLivingSet.com!
Since my last update on September 5th, the Complete Set (Sum of Average Sales Prices) has dropped nearly 12%! During this time, the Average Card Sales Price dropped from $17.82 to $15.14 or -15%. The Living Set Market more or less crashed during this time period and there were 49 Cards that were in the negative and one card that had neutral sales (0%), all contributing to this 15% decrease. The largest losers were card numbers 81, 16, and 11-- 81 Jed Lowrie decreased -36%; 16 Jose Altuve -35%; and 11 Alex Gordon -34%. There were some cards that did experience positive returns, with 3 Castellanos at 40%; 78 Avisail Garcia at 38%; and 74 Lourdes Gurriel Jr. at 18%. The Rookie of the Year Race is also becoming apparent in TLS- with 19 Ronald Acuna Jr, 43 Juan Soto, and 49 Miguel Andujar all having multiple positive returns over the last few updates; however, 7 Shohei Ohtani remains an outlier. Check out this as well as a few other updates at TheLivingSet.com |

My Votto, Bote, Story bundle just arrived today from Topps. First time since they changed the stock that the cards were less than ideal. Small corner nick on the Story and the Bote is 70/30 off center. Oh well.

These were early cards from Rickey Henderson and earlier so if I saw any white on the corners or nameplate I went to the next card. Also ignored any that weren't centered. I didn't use any tools just picked out the better looking ones to me. The 13 that were 9s gave me some insight as to what to look for in my future submission. For example, a couple Jeters that got a 9 were centered and had nice corners/edges but there were a couple small ripples in the nameplate I missed. Honestly, from other graded cards I've seen I think PSA was pretty tough with a few of the grades but I'm happy.

Thanks for your insight. I’ve got a couple to potentially grade but wanted to be careful with my $s, so it’s good to know what to look for. |

Really appreciate the work. I have been buying up PSA graded TLS and it seems to me there has been a significant jump in price over the last month. Wish there was a way to add a column to your spreadsheet for something like psa 10. Once again thanks again for doing it. |
