Break will be hosted live on youstream, videos will then also be uploaded to youtube. Break will happen either when I return from the Nationals or maybe be done live from the Nationals (pending I can get a wifi login) Also if done at the Nationals, Any incentive cards will be randomed off! In Toronto this was 1 card per box! IF this is done live in Cleveland, I'm unsure on if I'll be able to get scans up right away or not. I may have to do this back at the hotel room.

Each box of Series C will contain:

* 2 hard-signed Autograph Cards
* 1 Authentic Game-Used Memorabilia Card or Cut Signature C
* 6 Sportkings Base Cards including at least one Mini Base Card
* That's 9 different cards in each box of Sportkings Series C

Only 2500 Boxes Produced!

4 Slots per Box!
* 1 Base Slot
* 2 Autograph slots
* 1 Memorabilia Slot (may be autographed)
** Possible 5th as the incentive card

Costs are 85 for the first slot and 84 for each additional. Cards will be shipped insured! If we used the SK incentive card as a slot. slot prices would dropt to about 70 bucks for the first and 69 thereafter.

Case has been locked in as in my opinion, the price was right. Right now my plan is to purchase any unsold boxes from the case. At least one additional forum member will be present prior to the case seal being broken (hopefully more!).

Any unsold boxes will be purchased by me. As I know at least one other forum member will be present prior to the case being opened. The boxes have historically been packaged in lots of 3, so the master case should have 6 of these hobby cases. I would prefer that the break is kept in these increments, but if interest allows, I have no problems doing 2/3 of a case or 1/3 of a case, as it would be the top boxes used as those would be the first that I touched. If this group break sells out, I will start my search and try to acquire a few boxes for myself. No one will be turned away from this break so that I may have a box or two for myself.

Could, not sure. You will have to hit the best mini and 2 very good base to hope a small profit. It's a loser 75% of the time I would say, 24% break even and 1% profit, lol. 3 Base, if you hit Pele, base are selling for 15$....I can't see how to be profitable with this.

87.5$ per slot, 4 slot. This will give 6 base for 87.5, that's a little better and it's ok for the hits. If you hit a cut auto you won't care to pay 70 or 87.5$.

Thats why I posted both figures. I think given the price tag of a slot, it may be better to do them all as one slot, but at the same time, some of the auto's only pull 25-40 bucks, and three base should pull you 15+ each right out of release if not more. Pele alone I would expect to cover a base slot.

Base cards wont have any more than 300 copes produced (max) and is probably closer to 200 when you figure in the mini's. But as stated, very willing to go either way, just need to know which is preferred.

Mike, this is correct. I assume base will be on the front of the pack, and the mem will be the last hit, but who knows with this one, could be three base, the three hits, then the three base. Figuring we'll probably see 1 mini per box but I'm not sure.

If I may, I might be able to give a little insight on the base and mini cards. From what I have heard, there will be less of each base and mini cards made for Series C. In the past, like Robert said, less than 300 of each base card was made and less than 100 of each mini. There will be quite a few less of both this time I believe. And if that's the case, these cards should be worth a little more than the previous two sets.

Also, I believe there might be something special added in with the base cards this time around. I don't know for sure, but if so, there will be very good value with the base slots. Your best bet in my opinion is to have only one base slot per box and try and fill enough slots for a 3-box case. If what I think will happen turns out to be true, at least one base slot holder is going to be pretty happy.

That makes sense. I'm sure we can video tape it at the booth while your opening it. How many boxes are you going to do for this?

If people didn't want to spend quite this much, you could still offer 5 slots with one of them being the redemption. That is easily worth the price of a slot, and possibly a lot more.

What happens now is 1 base slot is definitely worth more than what you pay. 1 redemption slot is definitely worth more than what you pay. That leaves the 3 "hit" slots to be worth hopefully what you pay. LOL That's how I would run this if I were doing it. Guaranteeing as much value per slot as apposed to one slot getting super lucky. But that's just me.

Just a thought.
