Default A Heroís Mailday (Chiefs fans will enjoy)

So, Iíve been looking for an auto of this guy for a while now and I saw this come up one day last week, submitted an offer and it was accepted a few minutes later. Obviously, Iím super pumped. It is not authenticated but itís identical to almost every auto Iíve ever seen of his so Iím fairly certain itíll pass PSA authentication at the National.

Itís been a good couple of weeks. First, I was able to nab an elusive Emlen Tunnell auto and then this beauty:

If you donít know who Joe Delaney is, you need to google him. He was a hero but that unfortunately took his life. Only 24 years old. Such a sad story but Iím super happy to land an auto of him and fingers crossed itíll pass authentication at the National.

Thanks for looking!

Awesome card.

Awesome card.

Several years before my time too but that story will forever be engrained in my memory. He was truly a hero, and I wonder what he couldíve done if that never happened.

Awesome card, I was 11 when he died a hero. I still remember where I was that day.

Tyler, no joke, of every card I’ve ever seen of yours, and you have some ridiculous cards, this is my absolute favorite.

Wow that card is incredible. I am both old enough to remember him, and he played college ball an hour and a half from where I live. He drowned 30 minutes from where I grew up. Delaney was a hero.

As soon as I saw the title, I knew exactly who you meant!

I remember when this happened. Incredibly heroic. Congrats on the pickup!

He really was a hero for what he did. I wish he had survived as well as the 3 kids but I guess it just wasnít meant to be.
