LOL I wish. Wife was raised Atheist. She tolerates (and I use that term loosely) religion, but refuses to partake in delicious chicken sandwiches or cheeseburgers from those two places.

Personal beliefs? I don't give a damn, I go to a restaurant to eat and as long as they don't harm anyone or force anyone to do things against their will, who freaking cares what the founders think or do not think? I've really gotten fed up with the entire religion nonsense, believe what you wish but people need to quit telling others what to believe.

Nick, sorry, that last paragraph wasn't intended for you and I didn't mean to type it when I started to reply to you but I'm just so fed up with the world today and people killing each other just because of who they do or do not worship. Now somebody go get me a spicy chicken sandwich with american cheese and CFA sauce and make it quick.
Five Guys should get pushed out of the market soon. I worked at Burger Fi this summer in South Carolina, it's a similar concept with a much better menu, decor, service, and trendy with the all-natural meat. They're still mostly in SE region but hopefully push through the rest of country soon, to which Five Guys really falls short in every category of comparison

Five Guys restaurants have really struggled in Cincy. Some have even closed. People see it as very overpriced and not worth the money.

I still have never tried Chick-Fil-A before. I don't think there is one near me.

the one that shocked the hell out of me was the one right in Clifton. It was raking in the business when I was in the UC area. However, once they opened up that new construction on Calhoun, i think it really sapped away their business.

Know you were mentioning that you may be moving to South Carolina.

Chick-Fil-A should be one of the first things you hit up

Don't like BurgerFi at all. We had one come to town about a year ago. It was crazy busy for a month and now it's a ghost town most of the time. In N Out, Habit and all of the high end restaurants we have in Napa have much better burgers. Also the service is HORRIBLE and slow. Too many options where I live to eat at BurgerFi.

I like chik fil a sometimes. Their milkshakes are outstanding, and if every company had the service they do the world would be a much better place. They take care of their employees and even pay for their college. I don't care what their beliefs are, but I respect that they give up that Sunday money. Also where they are located in the malls, many have to actually pay a fine to the mall for being closed.

Saw this pop back up, forgot I posted in it and thought it was such a coincidence that BurgerFi here closed about 2 weeks ago. Made it less than 2 years in Napa.

The service at the Chic-Fil-A's here in Cincy are great. The food is good too!

I felt like a schmoo when a friend I was with replied back to the young girl behind the counter after she said "Serving you was my pleasure". He then said "It was my pleasure to have pleasured you".

I havent been back to chic fil a with him since.

True story that reflects the character of Chick-Fil-A's upper management.

The Chick-Fil-A on 192 in Orlando just south of Disney World fell on tough times after 9/11 when tourism took a big hit. The store was in six-figure debt. The franchise operator got a message to call one of the Cathy children in Atlanta. He figured they were taking the store away from him. Instead, Mr. Cathy told him they were covering the debt so he could focus on a fresh start and that they were there if he needed anything else.

Not sure if this is nationwide, but the Tampa Bay area stores are giving away a free breakfast item every Wednesday from January 18 - February 8.

CFA and In/Out always crazy lines. Both food is good and I think both companies run their businesses fantastic, but it always surprises me with their huge followings.

There's a queso dip???? Is this new or has it always been there? I've never seen it before.

The cheese sauce is a white cheese sauce and is carried in select stores and their preference to carry it. In salt lake, the owner brought it in for 6 months and discontinued doing so because sales were dismal and they threw a lot of it away. But if yours has it, it is fantastic with the fries. When we went to Florida, one store had Mac n cheese made with the cheese sauce. Awesomeness.
