I used to think the same thing, but feel he's such a big target that it's inevitable he's going to get whacked.

Don't like to see a DB lead with his head like that, he was looking for the kill.

@AdamSchefter
Last time the Patriots and Eagles squared off in a Super Bowl, it was the final game for Charlie Weis and Romeo Crennel as New England’s coordinators. Now, after another Super Bowl against the Eagles, the Patriots are bound to lose both their coordinators again.

2002 Rams: NFC West
2004 Panthers: NFC South
2005 Eagles: NFC East

2015 Seahawks: NFC West
2017 Falcons: NFC South
2018 Eagles: NFC East

I've got one!

The Pats beat the Eagles in Jacksonville...this year's AFC loser.

The Pats play the Eagles in Minnesota this year...this year's NFC loser.

Just came up with that myself.

Gronk misses playoffs last year = Pats win SB
Edelman misses entire season this year = Pats get to SB (and will probably win)

That is the genius of Brady and Belichick. They always find a way regardless.

More history repeating itself: Eaglesí path to play Patriots in the Super Bowl in 2004: Playoff wins over the Vikings and then the Falcons. This year, wins over the Falcons and then the Vikings to play the Patriots in the Super Bowl again.

Pats will be wearing their road whites.

3-0 under Belichick in Super Bowls in the roadies.
