The future is br ight for sure. A little late this season. Would have to make one hell of a run, but should contend next year

I love almost everything about the Mariners, right now. The only exception being their 3 and 4 starters in the rotation. Joe Saunders is pitching far better than I would have thought, and deserves to bump Harang out of the 3-spot.

Smoak is starting to come around on the offensive side of the game, and the rest of the guys are killin' it. Brad Miller very well may be my favorite Mariner at this point.

Okay, I take that back, I love the King, but Miller is a very close second.

I am absolutely enthralled with how Smoak has been playing recently, finally showing why he was a part of the Lee trade.

I 100% agree with you. His glove has been realy solid and his hitting has been what we have been waiting for. If he ends the season at .280/25/75 I would be thrilled.

Man, I really wish we didn't have that terrible run in May, we would be in contention and I really feel like we would be buyers at the trade deadline (besides Walker, we definitely have the prospects to trade). If we are able to sweep Houston and then come home and win both series against Cleveland and Minnesota, I think it will be very interesting to see what Z does.

Heck of an end to the first half boys! It's been fun watching this young guys get after it. Hope Iwakuma can figure it out to the point that he had earlier in the year, but at least he pitched well enough to get the win today! Hope the break doesn't take away the momentum too much, knowing our luck..

For those not watching, Seager hit a 2 run HR and Ackley got a 2 rbi double. Good to see Ackley getting his hits!

And now Miller with a 2 run HR. If Seattle can keep this up the next three series and find a way to win 8 of 10, can't see how Z is a seller at the deadline.
