Anyone here own a business? Have a ton of questions to ask

I'm looking to start up my own business but the problem is I don't know where to start. Do I need to go some where and register first? Do I do it online or at a local place? How old do I have to be? How do I get a tax ID and become official? Any business owners can feel free to answer not looking to sell sport cards just to buy items in bulk then re-sell them individually. I just have no idea where to start so any feedback is greatly appreciated

i used to own a store sales were so good i sold the building to a local lady for her hair salon lol...90% of my business came from the internet
