Evolution was a Hobby only product and had 1,118 case, so I decided to go a little less than this.

To be honest it needs to be low as right now the market is taking a beating with too much supply. My ethusiasm is seriously getting sapped right now. That been said, at least it’s something different. I’ll say 600 cases.

As an autos-first collector, I don't see appeal usually with parallels.

That said, this set has a different look to it, but I haven't seen anything to make me interested aside from just buying singles.

Curious what the final checklist will bring, should have it tomorrow, right?

Was the 6-way auto always on the sell sheet? Love the image use for Leia on it!

Looking back I really liked the Galactic Moments foil cards from GF1 and GF2 with minimal colorization to make certain elements pop.

Looking at the insert sets, I feel like we've seen these in other sets before:

Behind The Scenes - hopefully some new stuff

Concept Art - 40th set had a ton of this

Iconic Characters - various sets, hoping for more original images used, probably the best potential

Posters - 40th set covered this to death

I hope these low guesses are right around the actual amount.
Say they only made 600 cases, that would mean there are only a possible 1,800 base sets!
Compare that to a set like Evolution where there were a possible 13,500 sets.
Comparing to sets with retail products and it would be an even greater discrepancy.

I feel like this is somewhat flying under the radar. Not much talk about it on here or elsewhere. I have a case coming and am hoping for a good product and break. I'll say 735 cases.

I'm gonna go with a low 800 cases, thanks for the contest!

This is a tough one for me to guess because of the configuration. With 56 cards per box and 672 cards per case I feel that the case count needs to be higher to justify the cost of printing. On the other hand, everyone Iíve talked to that orders every Star Wars release (including myself) did not pre-order this. Having said all that and taking it all into consideration I will guess 1215 cases.

As this is really only a collector's targeted release it has to have a low print run. How many people are a fan of black and white film, let alone black and white pictures to begin with...

My gut reaction to this was that it could be a very very interesting retro product -- something like the arrival of Heritage for baseball back in 2001. We'll see.

Well there is so much Star Wars product out there, I don't get it. I consider myself a SW card junkie and Topps is just going bananas on the number of sets. People only have so much money.

Let's say 790 cases.

We know there's 150 base cards and red are /10 so 1,500 of that parallel, assuming 2 per case maybe would be 750 cases, plus some fluff.

Still no posts on the Topps Star Wars Facebook page.

Do they no longer have someone in charge of this site? They are terrible at posting anything the last few months.
