It's a scammers ring! They are ALL in on it in order to defraud the USPS! Kalakas and Shawnt are part of the scam.

Who cares what address is on the label when all parties involved don't care where it ends up. As long as the package is insured and USPS is on the hook they can all split up the proceeds when USPS refunds them.

Has a detailed list of ALL cards been listed? No? That's because the box really WAS filled with base cards from the start!

Did I just solve it?!?

anyone else notice that the ebay profile in shawnt's info is selling cards that are shipping from Clarksville, Tennessee and only charging 2.99(obviously if it was coming from Japan shipping may be a bit higher). So if he is in Japan how are cards being shipped from TN?

Yeah but they pitted themselves against each other instead of perhaps making USPS at fault so they could claim insurance. Not saying the cousins are 100% clean but if you're throwing the red flag up, it'll mean others dealing with OP would be on the lookout and hurt other scams, like Idol asking to see the package as a result of this.

When you ship from any military base anywhere in the world it is the same as shipping to or from a U.S. city, Japan would probably go to San Francisco and charges would be made from there. He was probably stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY (located astride the Kentucky-Tennessee border) before his current assignment.

shawnt has a wife and house in the states, wife could very well be shipping out the auctions. There is also an army base in Clarksville, TN. So honestly your points don't seem very strange to me.

I traded him basically my life collection of higher end stuff which was about 14 or 15 cards (I'm only 20 so take it easy on me) for 3 High end Luck autos which were the Pink chrome auto 9.5/10, contenders variation 9.5/10, and Luck /10 NT 9/10 because he is who I PC. I got all the cards and he got all my cards I sent him the next day. Every transaction I have ever done with Doddski has gone flawless and that's all I can say because I don't want to get dragged down into this. I stated my deal with Doddski for everyone to see as I have nothing to hide.

I must have missed where he said his wife was in the states but I doubt his wife would ship anything. As some people have pointed out the wives don't want to deal with our hobby. A service member can take a spouse to Camp Zama Japan.

The address I shipped to was the one in question in South Carolina and he sent me pictures of my cards the next day and I sent him pictures of his. I don't have to clear myself from anything, I made a huge $5K deal with the guy that went flawless and we both had eachothers cards in hand the next day. Sorry everyone that my deal with him went good I guess.
