Just had a bomb quesadilla with rice, black beans, corn/green pepper mix, and spicy chicken glued together with cheddar cheese. Awesome.

First 70 degree day in New England in almost half a year, I'm dusting off the grill and making myself a 1.5 lb bone-in ribeye.

Herb crusted pork tenderloin, smashed potatoes, cooked apples, mixed veggies and homemade bread. Dessert was chocolate ice cream piled on a hot-from-the-oven sugar cookie. I think I will finish it off with a bourbon before I go to bed tonight.

More porky goodness....had a dentist appointment in New York today so between walking for about 6 hours in Hell's Kitchen area we stopped for tacos at Los Tacos No. 1. Again, not my pictures but good representation of the food. The steak was okay (middle), but the pork was amazing (left).

A little pricey.

I made a killer mac and cheese. Havarti, pecorino ramano, and sharp cheddar. Baked with breadcrumbs on top. Finished it off with some Franks Red Hot.
