Default Who's your MVP this year?!?

I feel it's between Harden and LeBron. There's a few others that I've included but I feel these two in particular are separating a little from the field.

To me... it’s harden, by far. Probably deserved it last year, too.

Ha, you were quick!

Poll is up if people want to vote.

I agree that Harden has had the lead, but feel LeBron is slowly gaining steam on him.

My top 2 choices for MVP are Lebron and Demar DeRozan. I think the MVP will go to James Harden. While he is deserving of it this year, I think he will get it because he didnt get it last year moreso than any other reason. He really should have won it last year.

Harden is the MVP, but LeBron is the best player. There is a difference. See: Barkley and Jordan - 1993 and Malone and Jordan - 1997.

If you asked 2-3 weeks ago I would have said Harden no doubt but LeBron has been making a serious case for himself in the last 2 weeks.

Harden is probably more deserving but my heart says Anthony Davis. I think Harden will win though.

It's a race for the 2nd place. No one is close to Harden.

I'll probably put LeBron 2nd although AD can still overtake him in the last 10 games.

Pretty much this right here. Like MJ, LeBron has been the best player pretty much over the past 10 plus years, but others will deserve MVP for a given year even when youíre the best player, especially when youíre so consistent that the voters just get too used to your greatness

LeBron, especially with everything that team has been through this year. The one constant dominant force - LeBron.

If he wasn't LeBron, he would be in the lead. But we expect him to be LeBron.

40-12-10 last night? Oh no big deal, just LeBron being LeBron.

Kinda silly that Giannis is on this list and not Durant or Derozan. Heck, even lillard needs to be above Giannis and maybe even Kyrie.

Hard to argue that the guy belongs even near the top 5, as I could put 8 in front of him pretty easily at the moment with a few more guys that you could debate putting there

I don't know how people can seriously say LeBron. They're 1 game ahead of the Wiz who are missing their best player.

The Cavs are also 12 and 15 vs the West.

Great counting stats though.

I voted Harden by a landslide.

AD has his squad 1 game behind the Cavs and he has been crazy good.

Lillard should garner some votes.

It's a shame injuries have to happen because J. Butler was great also.

Not crazy at all to consider LeBron.

Take LeBron off the Cavs and what's their record?

Take Harden off of the Rockets and what's their record?

Pretty simple.

I love Lebron, but if we're going to include him, then I am petitioning for Rudy Gobert..... that team record is simply not good enough to win him the MVP.

Not sure if they'd even make the playoffs in the west.

This. Lebron is the difference between them being a title contender and not making the playoffs at all....honestly insane that he isn't the unanimous option. No other player in the league (except maybe AD after the Cousins injury) has such a significant impact on their team's performance.

Exactly. Lebron's team is 3rd in the East (6 games back from 2nd), 12-15 against the West, 72% at the line, and plays absolutely zero defense. They've completely revamped the roster for him twice in under 7 months and they are still in this position.

Harden by a long shot. 1st in the West, best record in the NBA, Played about the same number of games with another all-star as Lebron has this year, yet look at the team results. Not to mention leading the league in scoring.

I think its a two man race between Goran Dragic and Kent Bazemore.

Yeah exactly.

We maybe need to start reconsidering injuries playing such a factor these days.

It shouldn't be who is the healthiest star.
