Default Best BBQ in the Dallas Ft. Worth Area?

Headed out to Dallas/Ft. Worth this weekend, what's a good BBQ place out there? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Budget is not really a concern. I'm talking the best ribs, brisket, steaks, sauce, sides, the whole kit and kaboodle.

Thanks BO Community!

I went to 18th & Vine by chance when I was there. Burnt ends were unreal, I would recommend going there.

Angelo's.

Stick to the Ft Worth side of the metroplex for the best BBQ.

But also realize that the absolute best places are hole in the wall joints scattered across the state, usually in the southern and eastern parts.

Meat U Anywhere in Grapevine is fabulous. Right by DFW airport, also an awesome card shop less than 5 minutes away from it!

I third this. I was so full on brisket about half way through but I refused to let any of it go to waste.

Here's my top 3.
  1. Hard 8
  2. Ten50 BBQ
  3. Pecan Lodge

They are all on the Dallas side, I don't have any experience on the Fort Worth side.

Just got back from Dallas about 2 hours ago, unfortunately I did not wind up going to any of these after all - time was tight, and we did not go into Dallas proper after all except to go see Depeche Mode at the Starplex Friday night, which was awesome by the way. We did however go to Hard Eight in Roanoke on Saturday. If you haven't gone, go. Excellent BBQ. Had the butter dipped 2 inch pork chop, sliced jalapeno pepper hot link, brisket baked potato, 3 shrimp poppers, beans, slaw, cornbread salad, mac and cheese, apple cobbler and 4 shiner bocks. We will definitely be going back!
