Default Currency Pricing

I know it s tough trying to sell in a saturated market. But why do certain currency sell for more and some do not. I am talking about the same year, quality, every factor is the same but the prices can be a bit off.

I am trying to price these:
I came up with prices for the first 4 like below.
1935F Silver Certificate****** $4
1953C Silver Certificate****** $5
1995 $2 star note Low******* $18 (F00039818)
2004a $10 Fed Reserve Note** $15

I have seen these sell above their actual value, not by much. But are they really worth more than their print?
1976 NY $2 Bill
1995 Atlanta $2 Bill
2003 MN $2 Bill
2003 Dallas $1 Bill

All are uncirculated.

Could be the mintage (some banks prints out less than the rest)?

Sometimes its also the serial number. Apparently, people look for certain oddities when looking at the serial numbers

You can have something like 9996660123 or 33377774442

and people will see that as more desirable. Think of like cards and when a parallel is numbered to a players jersey number
