Who should I start at flex: Mike James (TB) or Riley Cooper (PHI)

0.5 Pt PPR, 6 Pts per TD and 1 Pt for 10 yds. Who do I start?

Mike James hands down. Miami has the worst rushing defense and Cooper had 1 decent game. I wouldnt believe the hype on him until he proves it. He has not done so in the past.
