Default Feb 2013 Is going to ROCK!

Most know this has been a huge challenge...had the ectopic pregengancy 18 months or so ago and lost 1/2 of my wifes childbearing abilities. Well really needing all good vibes in hoping that this one settled in the right place as if got stopped in her other fallopian tube going to really need a mediator between me and man upstairs.

Fun part is now hoping everything is ok, wont know for a few weeks till they can do an ultrasound to confirm where the fetus might be, but projections put this right around Valentines Day 2013 so now we're semi working on plans on how to tell our loved ones (which no one on here knows any so I can squeal about this on here all I want but going to try and incorporate Valenties Day into the mix and have a few good ideas.

I know the prayers will be forth coming and many many many thanks in advance!

card room...now thats funny (those that have seen know that my stash umm..is everywhere)!

Bigger issue is I've been kind of told assuming all goes good that Mr. Remington, Mr. Daly, and Mr. Ruger need to be relocated with their children as that space is going to be reclaimed! Not sure how I'm going to make this work. Might just have to move them into the bedroom

good luck robert, and this is so true. i have 5 kids and when you get home from work and your little one runs out and is so excited about helping you take off your work boots, man there is nothing better. you will have a whole new outlook on things when you can sit back and know that everyone of your kids is happy.

This x 1000. My little daughter ran up to me yesterday when I got home to give me a piece of cheese she was eating on, and she was so happy to do it. The best, and I mean absolute best thing in this world is your kids.

Congratulations - my wife and I are expecting in early September. I can't wait for my little man to get here. We've also had our issues. We had a daughter born at 18 weeks in 2010 & a son born at 24 weeks last year. After losing both of them, we are praying for the best this time around.

Robert, congratulations on the fact that your boys can swim!

The first child is so exciting to go through the process together. First time parents often say the child will not impact their lifestyle very much. What they do not realize is that 7 lb bundle of joy is in charge of your life going forward. To say it all goes by too fast is an understatement. My oldest turns 17 at the end of this month and it seems like yesterday when my wife handed me the Clearblue pregnancy test result.

With your natural ability to take care of the children of Blowout there is no doubt that you will be a fantastic father.

My prayers are out for a healthy and happy baby.

Never thought about this. Honestly best thing I've ever heard is do your best. You could be a complete failure and your kids will never know. Your their parent and since no one else is raising them, they think your the best (well this all works until say the teen age years and being thick headed and opinionated I remember those days well and I'm sure if all goes well I'll be paid back 10 fold for I gave my parents).

I actually figured with all the dog training I do for the Rescue my kids are screwed anyways. Wife and I are pretty consistent on our training methods although I know who the enforer is. My dogs know what the penality box is and more than once I've referred to a crib as a kennel. If my dogs can wear a GPS so can my kid ...and well we wont get into the other part of that training collar
