Your Batch #4178551 had a quantity specified of 800. However, the actual quantity is 1,002.

Because the actual quantity was not within 20% of your specified quantity, a $3.00 Incorrect Paperwork Fee will be added to the processing fees for your batch.
I'm not seeing the injustice here. 20% is the top end of the grace range, not the target. It seems a bit much to say you only missed the top end of the error margin by a few percent.

Anyway, 80% of 800 is 160.

This does bring up a good point. Is it 20% of 800 or 20% of 1002? I was thinking it would be the 1002, but of course their communication is awful and they didn't specify.

Submission Paperwork
With these changes in mind, we do want to thank you for including complete paperwork with your submissions over the years. Submission paperwork is designed to help you organize your consignment submissions, leaving you with peace of mind knowing that all your cards are accounted for and are on their way to making it into the correct account using the service level you specify.

On our end, complete submission paperwork makes the process of entering submissions much smoother, which means fewer errors and more time spent processing your cards as timely as possible.

Beginning July 1, all shipments with missing or incorrect paperwork will be charged a $3 fee per service level used. Although your quantity count doesn’t need to be 100% accurate (we appreciate when it is!), if the count appears off by more than 20%, we may assess the $3 fee on that transaction. When assessing your quantity, please do not use the “box size” count as your estimate. Because cards vary in thickness, there is a significant variance in how many cards a box will hold.

Wow, you trust them enough to put down a figure 200 cards less than you sent?

They counted the declined items also and I didn't send 45 damaged cards.

We have confirmed that your submission of 1,002 items, Batch #4178551, has completed our processing stage. 45 items were declined, and 957 items were added to your 'dustin42' account. A total of $287.10 store credit was used to cover the processing fee.

It does say "20 percent of YOUR specified quantity."

Not in their blog, communications they sent out, or anywhere on the site. It says that in the email I got saying they were charging me. It also says on their blog they "may" charge you. I don't think it is very clear.

I'll give them one thing, at least they are consistent.

Thank you. That is my point. Is writing a detailed user guide that is easy to find and read that hard? This thread shows how confusing the site is. Many on here are longtime users and are not sure how things work.

Maybe someone here can answer this.

I am running a sale. I know they get 3% of the sales figures. Do they take that progressively from each sale or will I see an additional deduction at the end of the sale?

I can pretty much assure you that longtime users aren't the only ones who are confused about how things work...

I have dealt with them enough that I can positively tell you they are awful at communicating with each other.

I'm trying to make a shopping cart quantity purchase.

30ish cards that I want to buy and send to my account, but it's not offering the option to do that, it's only offering shipping options.

Do I have to go buy them one at a time to do that?

You have to select the option to pay with store credit.

If you go to "Make an Offer" instead, you can buy them all grouped into each seller they're from. So it may not be 30 doing it that way, and they'll all go into your inventory.

Its still MIA. I average 500 shipped cards , Guess I will slow down buying.

It helped offset there 25 cent pro card handling fee.

Where is the shipping credit? I know it usually goes away for the first few days of the month and then comes back, but it is the 20th of the month and my dashboard still isn't showing it.
