Hello everyone.

At this point we have had no contact from the host. While we certainly hope he is ok, we think you may wish to open claims with paypal/billmelater/credit card.

You can certainly close these claims at a later date if/when the host resurfaces.

So as most of us are now filing disputes and this looks to be a fraudulent break, I've asked for refunds for the post random trades/transactions I've done. One member I had a transaction with immediately refunded my money, but another said he will not offer a refund until he got his refund from PayPal. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable, but that seems pretty crummy. My transaction with him shouldn't be dependent on the resolusion of our disputes. Do you guys have any thoughts, and have the rest of you guys gotten refunded for your post random transactions?

No it shouldn't, if you bought spots off someone that is in one of his breaks and that break doesn't happen, that person should refund you right away and then they have to handle their own dispute.

That's a touchy subject but I'll just share my opinion (I AM NOT STATING THAT MY OPINION IS CORRECT)

If any trades were made for paypal , they should be voided and refunds should be given. I am confident that PayPal will end up refunding everyone's money in the end but PayPal has no control over trades and so forth hence why I say that if someone bought a slot from you, just refund their money and wait for paypal to refund your money...

Like I said , just my opinion and its just an opinion

Dispute opened will be escalating 7/1/13 if I don't hear from him.. guess from now on I use a credit card or debit card instead of PayPal balance.... Anyone file a chargeback? For his sake I hope he had something come up but with each passing day it looks worse & worse...

Sounds like your app was defaulted to pay with gift...or you hit gift by accident. If this is the case, I don't know if you have any option to get your money back. That sucks man

I use the same app, it usually defaults to whatever was used last... gift/goods

Friends or Family, or Goods or services... guess you might be right about the defaulting... $96 potentially down the drain...

1) Call Paypal
2) Ask to speak with a dispute specialist
3) Tell the dispute specialist that the seller told you to send the funds to friends and family or gift and he would ship the items.

Paypal SHOULD open the dispute for you.

If they don't open the dispute for you then call back on a different day and at a different hour to try to speak with a different specialist

Any truth to the rumor that Snowboy has Bristol ties and may have been holding cards for a few of Hernandez's associates?

In all seriousness this situation really sucks. He was holding my cards from our first two months of the football H2H breaks. I was unable to open a claim for the month since it was over 45 days ago. It wasn't anything too crazy, but I know there was a Nick Toon auto.

The worst part is that I remember thinking why am I letting this guy hold my cards (since I already paid for shipping)? But since everyone else was having him hold their cards I figured no big deal. What a mistake!

BO should create a "Snowboys whereabouts theory pool" for all those who got screwed. Whoever's guess is closest wins a case of Bowman. I think I'm on to something with my Hernandez assumption.

So there's at least two guys by the same name. What if this has a reasonable explanation for his disappearance and it was a family issue. There's a few of you that are gonna be really embarrassed.

With all do respect I have been in a situation like this, where I had to go to the emergency room on a saturday, when all my cards from a break where suppose to be shipped on Monday. I ending up spending 6 days in the hospital and the doctors still do not know whats wrong, but I had enough respect for all the members to say shipping will be delayed. The members in my group had to wait 1 1/2 weeks after when the cards were suppose to be shipped. In the end, when you run a group break, you are acting as a business associate not just a hobbyist.

Lol...the 2 are the same, just two different mugshots of the same dude...look at the birthday and id #...anyway, regardless there is no friggin way I will be embarrassed...this guy has at least 5 different arrests in 2 different cities for this type of activity. If he has an emergency fine, but any responsible individual holding $1,000's of others money and items would find a way to communicate...unless he is in a coma or dead. If not then screw him...I've already left negative feedback for the serious failure to respond. If you are that naive I have some oceanfront property in Arizona I would like to sell you.
