It always amazes me how little people value their time. Free stuff! Free stuff! Free stuff!

I gave up on Black Friday years ago. I also gave up on Jordan releases. It's just not worth it anymore. Now when the Lonzo Ball "Lakers" edition shoes get released, I'll be camping! NOT!

I was there, it was retarded. Sold mine from my seats

But so many of the people in line had cheap tickets just to get the bobblehead and walk out.

eBay.

The lowest sold on the Bay so far is $42.

Potomac Nationals had Bryce Harper turkey bobblehead this past Saturday. Probably one of the few times the stadium is at capacity.

What are the chances this guy pack searches when he's not busy loading up on bobbleheads?

I was actually there. I was passing through DC for work and bought tickets for Friday night (that got rained out). Luckily they rescheduled and I was able to make it out last night.

The $45 parking blew me away - granted it is DC, but wow - that was a shock.

In any case, my coworker and I each got a bobblehead and neither one of us are Nats fans - if someone wants both, I'll sell them cheaper than ebay

Looks like basically every cubs bobblehead giveaway. Mostly since they only give out 10,000. I actually was randomly at a Nats game for Harper bobblehead day a few years ago. It was pretty crazy. They were giving people a second one if you bought a Harper shirsey. They know what they're doing that's for sure. They get everyone there 2 hours early to drink and eat. Then everyone buys a shirt too....

After an Angels game last year I saw a little boy about 7 years old get pushed from behind and nearly get knocked over by some fat loser trying to get to a Mike Trout bobble head that someone had accidently left underneath a seat. Also I know it wasn't his, he wasn't in our row, he was just some dude with $ signs in his eyes.

Parking is free on the streets around the park on Sundays. I got there late and still found a spot 2 blocks away.

For opening day, they had a voucher system to deter this exact thing. If you were one of the 1st 20,000 fans or so, they gave you a voucher to redeem for the giveaway.

The giveaway wasn't brought out until the 7th inning and you turned in the voucher as you left the park. Made a ton of sense.

We drove around for over an hour looking for one of these spots. The rare ones we did spot were not at all accomodating for an F450.

Don't try driving to a Giants game if you think $45 is steep!

You basically have about 10 days before the market for a MLB bobble with 20,000 pieces drops in half. After that, if it's not a team with a huge following, it goes easily go below $10.00. The trick is to trade and sell asap and then buy back six months later if you're a true collector.

Then you have stuff like this:

Kazoo Bobblehead Pensacola Blue Wahoos MLB | eBay

The Wahoos made 2,000 of these Kazoo bobbleheads. The have a season ticket program were you don't have to attend the game to get the giveaway. They set it aside if you tell them ahead of gates opening and you can pick it up whenever you want. Guess what ? Season ticket holders didn't pick theirs up. The ones that were given out were played with by kids during the game and several left with missing arms and heads due to abuse. You also had visitors that had no care for the item and just left them in the stadium.

I've gotten a few Nats bobbleheads over the years. Guys will offer you cash on the streets for them after the game... undoubtedly flip them on Ebay.

I took BART when I was there, so no worries

Would have taken the Metro to this game but we had to leave straight from the game to drive to Dover afterwards, so that was a no-go.

Wasn't there a thread on here last year about someone complaining about not getting a bobble head? I remember the thread being a huge backfire on the OP.

Brewers have bobblheads several times a year given away on a Sunday. In fact I am going to the Robin Yount one in a couple weeks. There is always people who pre-sell them on Ebay also. They buy a bunch of the cheap $10-15 upper deck tickets walk in and out just to get the bobblehead then leave without watching the game.
