Default Origins of this Upper Deck Ted Williams Auto?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/372309713407?ul_noapp=true

This is the second time I've seen one of these pop up on ebay. The other time was a few months ago and it was being sold by a relatively new account and there was no certificate of authenticity, so I assumed it was a fake. The COA has a matching serial number, so that makes me believe it's not a fake, but the question remains, where did this come from? The last time I saw this come up, I made a thread about it here, and someone suggested it was sold on QVC/HSN, but there was no verification. Does anybody know for sure?

It says the real autos have a diamond hologram.... do they mean baseball diamond or like a tilted over square diamond?

It is likely authentic, as it was part of the UD Heroes Ted Williams insert set that was part of the 1991 UD set (if my memory is correct), but it would also be an easy card to forge.

The heroes pack inserted auto from that set looks like

Upper Deck did do some direct UDA items that I believe included teddy ballgame. They also had Walter Payton do something similar.

Addm: I should add there were no coa’s (I believe) for the pack inserted autographs. And the set crossed all sports and had a ton of big names... Nolan Ryan, Hank Aaron, Ted Williams, Reggie Jackson, Jerry West, Joe Montana, Wayne Gretzsky, and a bunch more that I can’t recall off the top of my head right now

The pack inserted autos have a diamond shaped hologram (tilted over square diamond). The card linked to has a regular baseball field shaped hologram, so it isn't pack inserted. With the COA and other items included, looks like this particular card was sold by UDA Upper Deck Authenticated.
