Default 3 2007 UD Element; 2 2007 UD Ultimate (HOFer > Prospect)

Everyone is going crazy over Ohtani, but I like me some good ole fashioned HOF patches and autos. The question was, of course, would I hit any.

I never ripped any Element when it came out, but I kinda dig the Clear Cut autos. I was hoping to pull a certain Oriole. I slow rolled and saw an Oriole cap. There was no way I actually pulled a Ripken auto, was there? Well...

There wasn't. Ugh. That actually describes all 3 Element boxes. Here are the hits:

Duel Jerseys:
Justin Verlander
Jorge Cantu
Roy Oswalt

Jesse Crain
Sean Henn
Jon Coutlagus (WHO?)

Clear Cut Auto/Jsy:
Brian "I'm not Cal Ripken" Roberts /199
Aaron Harang /350 (gnarly scratch on it)
Fransico Liriano (EXCH)

I saw the redemption and thought, "If this is Jeter or Griffey I'm gonna hurl." Thankfully it was just Liriano. Would've been a decent hit in 2007. Anyone know if UD is still doing their redemption raffle thing?

So, yeah, I think I'm done with Element for a while. For anyone else who picked up a box or two, you're welcome for taking the grenade. I opened all the Element boxes first (thankfully) and when moving on to the 2 Ultimates I though, "At least I can't do any worse..." gulp "...can I?!"

Anyway, I started ripping. I managed to avoid any redemptions and hit a nice couple of HOF gamed used (along with a HOF patch card).

Jersey cards:
Young/Kazmir/Upton/Baldelli quad 25/25 (EBAY 1/1!!!1!)
Santana/Liriano dual 75/75 (OMG NUTHER EBAY 1/1!!!!)
John Smoltz
Craig Biggio
Albert Pujols
Carlos Beltran /25
Jim Palmer
Garret Atkins /50
Derrek Lee
Matt Holiday
Jeremy Bonderman

Patch cards:
Craig Biggio 2 color /25
Mark Teixeira 4 color /50

Scott Kazmir
Felix Pie /25
Stephen Drew
Melvin Mora
Andre Either
Felix Pie (not pictured)

Thanks for looking.

Oh, I'm missing two autos. Here ya go...

The Jeter came in box 1, mini box 3 and Sandy came in box 2 mini box 2. When I hit the Jeter I though, "Thank God. This saved this break." When I hi the Koufax, I thought I was gonna pass out. Best 2 box break of a product I've ever had.

Nothing is FS or FT. Thanks for going on the journey with me.

You're killing me Smalls! I opened about fifteen cases of 2007 Ultimate and didn't have any cases that yielded anything that compared to what you pulled in two boxes. Congrats!
Place an order on my Sportlots store over $5 and drop me a PM with your favorite team, etc. I'll include some free cards for Blowout Community members.

I remember opening Element and thought they were really nice but never pulled anything. This is before I realized the clear cuts were sticker autos.

I remember opening a box of Elemental and hitting that exact same Brian Roberts card, lol. At least the base cards were sort of nice looking, better than anything Panini puts out.
