Default Shilling and then sending second chance offers?

Long story short. Card sold at auction and was shortly afterwards placed at a high BIN/BO. I sent a BO that equaled the sale price from the auction. It was declined without comment. A couple of days later the card pops up on auction with a starting bid of about 50% of the offer I sent. It’s a 7 day auction and I throw in a bid equal to the offer I sent. I was quickly outbid by a bidder with zero feedback and still over 6 days to go on the auction. There was no more activity on the card and it ended at $1.00 higher than my max bid. The auction ended tonight. Within one minute of me receiving the “got away” email from eBay I get a second chance offer from the seller. I declined the 2nd chance offer.
