Or both share the honors... if Aldon Smith gets 24-26 sacks I think you might see him in the top 3

Id be alright with sharing the MVP with Peyton, as long as AP gets it one way or the other. The thing is, the Broncos were a playoff team before Peyton....the were a playoff team with fricken Tebow. The Vikings, on the other hand, were 3-13 team last year and AP has almost single-handly turned them into a playoff contender!

Who did they add that turned them around otherwise? Harrison sure hasn't done it all by himself, and don't count the receiver with the drug-problems, he's done nothing.

Haha, well AP obviously did not do anything special for the Vikings LAST year and thus, did not deserve MVP last year....but that was LAST year. However, this year is a very different story....AP is doing something special for the Vikings this year and he deserves league MVP for it...in my opinion!

Special season or not, MVP should be for someone who's team actually makes the playoffs, otherwise their team is no different than the other 19 teams that are sitting home watching them. It's kinda like saying you went to the Prom, but you went with your sister.

I would argue that Andrew Luck deserves MVP before Peterson because the Colts have turned around winwise with more significant roster changes than the Vikings and they will actually make the playoffs.

I don't deny that Peterson is having a great season, but it still is not enough to get them to the playoffs and the Vikings starting lineup is not that different from last year to this year.

Just my 2 cents worth.
