Coming into the season, it looked that way but he's been inconsistent and hasn't shown the stuff others have. I've seen him in person a lot and I said all along that his delivery is awful and jerky.

I'm trying to convince myself Jordyn Adams asking price is high so he can be on the football field for UNC next year.

My annual draft prediction contest starts up on Memorial day, in case you're interested. Prizes will be lucrative, as usual.

I think the Mets should look at ---> Joey Bart, C, Georgia Tech. Need a legit catching prospect in the worse way.

Looks like I have to go next week to see Bohm and Jenista before they are gone from WSU.

Mike Vasil has withdrawn from consideration for the 2018 MLB Draft and will attend the University of Virginia.

I do not think I have seen any recent mock draft WITHOUT Mize going #1. Word is Giants most likely will take Bart, but Singer still in the conversation.

Is this a really weak HS class? Most mocks don't have a HS guy going till #7.

It's a good HS class, some have said it's even better. With that said, there doesn't seem to be too many in the top 5 of mocks. But should be lots of quality HS guys in the 1st rd, especially after the first 7-10 picks.

Really hope the Red Sox get Eierman. Looks like a good replacement for Pedroia in a couple years.
