Default Week 17: Packers @ Vikings! Playoffs on the line!

Vikings win, they are in!

Simple as that, big game for the Vikings! Hopefully they can pull out another W and ride a 4 game winning streak into the playoffs! They control their own destiny!

That'd be huge too! I wouldn't mind some help if we need it! Going to be pulling for the Lions no doubt!

I think the only way the Vikes win is if they sit Rodgers in preparation for the postseason. Don't see that happening though.

The Packers will be playing for the #2 seed, but good luck.

Number 2 for Green Bay. Contain AP and they will win... simple as that.

Got to give AP credit... everyone knows what they are going to do and they still do it.

Games in Minnesota, should be a great one. I think Green Bay wins 34-26.

Vikings with another dominating win, Peterson falls short with 175, Ponder 250 with TDs to Rudolph and Wright, Rodgers 300 1/2, Vikings win 27-14

The outcome will depend a lot of how Ponder plays. If he doesn't make any bonehead plays, the Vikings have a good shot to win. Last game it was his 2 INT's that cost them. Hopefully it'll be a good game. Both teams should come to play!

Vikings look like one of the best teams right now. Home game and I can't see us losing.

One of the best? I wouldn't go that far. Vikings are winning games, but one of the best? With Ponder and that WR corp, you aren't getting out of the first round if you get in at all.

AP can only take you so far. He is great, but there is zero threat of Ponder beating anyone.

Ponders play did just beat the Texans today! With AP only getting 88 yards and no TD's, Ponder made some big plays to lead them to victory. The D helped a lot too!

Zero threat? Ponder did do well against Houston. The Vikes won on large part because of him.

Ryan Lindley beat Detroit, does that make him a good QB? Ponder is way too inconsistent to have success in the Playoffs.

53.3 percent completion? One touchdown? 174 yards?

That's so arrogant. I'm guessing you didn't see the game.

I can't believe the improvement Ponder showed this week with his footwork and presence in the pocket. At least we know he's capable of playing in a big moment, those bonehead plays are still there though.

If you wanted an expert opinion, I suggest you avoid these boards all together.

If you were looking for an expert, I suggest you consult an NFL coach or GM. None of us get paid for what we type.

Game also got switched from 12 CT to 3:15 CT, which means us Vikes fans will know whether the Bears have won or lost before kickoff of our big game!

Kyle Rudolph and Christian Ponder will be able to make the passing game work enough...
