Exactly ZERO.

But if I put on my ďbeing completely honestĒ hat... man, I have been tempted a time or two. When you drop a grand on a card thatís at $100 with a minute to go, your palms start to sweat.

But I am proud to say that I have avoided the temptation WOE.

It's well known within the hobby that Probstein is a disorganized mess.

PWCC is much much better in terms of organization and tracking your cards.

I disagree.
Have you personally co-signed with both?

I consign with Probstein.

I consign with PWCC.

Each team has its own merits and shortcomings.

I will be consigning with both again in the future.

The last time you sent items to them, how many were paid for? Do they send you detailed info or links to the sales? How many had suspect bidding from guys with histories of multiple retractions? How often must your listings go up again because of a nonpaying bidder? Also, if an item is flagged or discovered to be bogus (say a detective spots a card is a fake or has a questionable auto) what do they say? Do they still charge you to have initially listed it? I wonder about this with PWCC also, if these guys see a pattern of a specific customer with questionable cards that have to be removed, do they cease business with that contact?

On 1000-ish items in the last 6 months....

Less than 20 have not been paid for o returned. I get an email every time it happens. And it seriously irritates me.
I received detail of sales by the following day every time, from excel.
I don't have a clue how many had "suspect bidding". I will say that SEVERAL TIMES I suspected a card would not be paid for (because of the price that it closed at), and it was.
I haven't sent them any items that "were discovered to be bogus".

PS - wait till you see the nearly 100 MJ's I sent that should launch Thursday. So real nice cards.

Edit - I just emailed the team with my new list of cards that they'll receive tomorrow. I got a response literally one minute later.

My 1 experience with Probstein last year. He sold something for me, I was paid but it ended up being returned. He relisted and it went for $12 less. I sent him another item shortly thereafter. He mislabeled it but was sold and paid for. Now I am in the good $52

He sends me several emails that I owe him $$ for the relist but completely ignores the second item. I email him about this several times but he never replied.

I recently got an email from him (now a year later) saying I owed him from last year. I reply back about the second item and poof, he is gone again.

I thought of you.

The 23 kt gold was returned.... which is interesting to me since I thought about grading it.

I think that's it for Kukoc being returned. It's the only one in my memory, at least.

I have consigned with PWCC....got an email when my cards were received logged in, and a couple of days later, an email stating which dates they would be listed. All my cards were listed and active within two weeks of me sending them to PWCC, and I got a check within two weeks of the auctions ending. Likewise, you can track your cards while active on the PWCC website.

Have never consigned with Probstein because I have heard too many bad things about their disorganization.

Is this another case of OP posting shade about a good seller? He seemed to stop posting.

Even though the OP didn't spell Probstein123 correctly, this link deserves a home on this thread.
Knowingly selling trimmed cards would make Probstein123 a bad seller.

These numbers, still the same for you? How many Kukocs weren't paid formfrom your submission at this point? How many had to be relisted again?

I donít think Iíve sent another group in since I posted on here. Iíve had 3-4 returned or not paid for.

Iíve also had my first two time no payer. The kukoc 24kt. Which is up for the third time. Sigh. Donít know if itís coincidence or someone is playing games. But itís very annoying.

STAY AWAY!! from this junk house seller. Has been caught red handed again trying to flip faked and trimmed cards:

Can someone explain to me what they charge per card or what percentage they take? I'm assuming its a heck of a lot better than selling high end cards yourself and taking a 10% ebay hit and 3% paypal hit.

Not TRYING to sell, they did sell. The auctions are completed. The seller was given hard evidence prior to the close of the auction regarding the concerns and chose to pass the buck. They are a business focused on making money, not the integrity of the hobby. It's a free country and that is their right. We just need to be aware of their business practices and decide whether or not to support them based on those practices.

I can honestly say I don't chose to support them... however, if I ever wanted to sell my Bill Russell RC, or one of the few high end cards I have I might change my mind. It's the true state of the hobby these days.
