Alright. Can you ask him what I am supposed to do about the 100 dollar coupon that he gave me towards a future purchase that I am now out?

I do not know anything else other than what I said, file a claim and he will refund your money through paypal.

If you're busy, don't bother because I have full faith in him, but do you mind asking what he's doing with the lots where he sent cards and was going to hold a raffle in order to determine the rest of the prizes?

Just curious did you pay for the Coupon or did he give it to you?

It was a 103 dollar lot, he sent two cards and a $100 coupon for "later use" and if I didn't use it by the 31st I would get $100 in PayPal Gift.

I submitted for a full refund from my most recent lot and a $100 dollar refund from that lot. Would hope that BroncosManning can talk to Haiku and get these refunds put through so that many of us aren't out hundreds/thousands of dollars for weeks.

If you have some type of coupon he will send you the money or a gift of equal value, but I am sure that he gave you that coupon to begin with AJAX, I doubt you are really out $100, but maybe I am wrong

With how this whole thing has panned out, I am optimistically hoping.

Any idea as to when these refunds will be carried out, as I doubt my one case would be won if PayPal was asked to make a decision considering it says technically something was delivered for one of them.

Ahhh I was truly just curious about the coupon thing. Thanks for filling me in.

I think Haiku will do right buy the coupons. I really think he is having something that he needs to deal with right now and is more then likely saying if you cant wait till he gets back just file a claim and he will send you a refund. I dont have any outstanding deals with him at this time but if I did I would just hold off and wait till he gets back on. Just the way I would handle it not saying my way is right or wrong just saying

I filed a claim, AND i expect him to follow through with the refund himself, and rather quickl (meaning within a day). I bought one of the smaller lots (355). There are plenty of people that bought lots that were much more money. These refunds should be given out immediately if he is able to transfer info to other people. I'm sorry, Haiku is a very generous guy, but at the same time, he needs to refund all of us quickly, thats just what you do.

All I can say is the timing is beyond ironic based on me putting 2+2 together tonight. Almost creepy in fact as it was all via pm with a few folks.

I will not go into detail. I will say I hope for the sake of pretty much all of us, I hope everything is in fact the way it was crafted to appear to us. And it is merely me being paranoid.

Do not bother to pm me. Time will tell, and I hope all ends well for eveyone. Including haiku.

He did say file the claim and he would issue the refund. You did file the claim so Im thinking you will get it pretty fast. When you do get the refund post that he took care of you so others may be put to ease.

Ajax, I am sure you will get your money in a timely manner, but there is really no need to act like you got scammed and that you need your money back quickly, you wouldnt even have gotten the cards for another 5 days or so

F.W.I.W I've been waiting a couple days for a refund on a damaged card. I was contacted by another member and told I would receive paypal from them on behalf of haiku. Still waiting, just not keeping the info to myself anymore.

Mine is only $78 so whatever.

I did as well. Hopefully Haiku pulls through! Strange question if I might ask:

I purchased from Haiku a Cam Newton auto during one night of quicksales. The next night, he had these lots going on and I bought one of these.

He told me that he couldn't ship until Dec 18th, because apparently thats when he returned.

However, just the other day, I received the Cam auto!

Anybody know how/why that is? Thanks!

I was ok with the fact that I wouldnt be getting the cards in a couple days. That was a set in stone time though.

I now have no idea when I will be getting the money back. That worries me slightly more. 350 dollars isn't exactly a small amount of money. I'm not saying I got scammed, I would just like to recieve the refund very soon so that I can put this behind me and spend it on other stuff if I need to.

So you purchased a damaged card off Haiku is that correct? And you've been waiting several days for a refund? Just want to get my bearings straight...

I see. I suppose I was under the impression that he was already out of town when he sold me both items, and somehow one popped up at my mailbox
