Neutral to me. You contacted the seller, seller has had time to make it right. You got the card safe and sound, so to me negative isnt justifiable. They havent fixed the issue, so for you to move on I'd leave a neutral with the comments card arrived safe but not in mag case as advertised.

Oh my gosh man, please tell us this thread was just you pulling our legs. That is one of the most absurd things I have read. You seriously are going to leave neutral or worse negative feedback because the card wasn't shipped in a two dollar plastic case? No, I refuse to believe there are people out there so messed up. Good joke though, you had us all going

It's not about $. It's the principle. Seller promised to include A and B in the auction but OP received A only. Seller promised to fix it then disappeared.

What is the issue though honestly? He didn't ship in a mag? How does that make this transaction so/so or negative?

He likely did you a favor by not shipping it in the mag. Have seen many cards damaged from the mag coming open during shipping. If that had happened I bet you would be complaining about that..

Welcome to my BBL. As someone else mentioned you are everything wrong with Ebay. Before you go to the "look at my feedback crap" Buyers all have perfect feedback. They have not been able to be negged for nearly 10 years.

After looking at the negative/neutral feedback left by and received by the seller - I know who's going on my BBL. Hint - it's not the OP.

So a missing mag is an issue that warrants a neutral or negative experience? So give the seller 1 star for communication and move on

missing mag + admitting the problem + ignoring op's request.

Maybe the message warranted ignoring, like clear feedback extortion or something like that.

Im sorry i guess in my opinion (which was asked for) its things like this that are ruining the hobby. When we are starting to get this picky about descriptions, returns for the dumbest reasons are at an all time high and so on. Whats next "my card wasn't shipped in the original top loader that was in the picture " maybe this is a little over the top but my point is where does it end.

Card arrived safe correct? Thats the point. You are buying the card.

The question that needs to be asked had the card been shown in a toploader would the OP had been willing to pay the SAME PRICE. I seriously doubt he counted for that mag when he purchased the item, in fact is he says he did I call BS. Card arrived in the condition he expected so there should be no issue. As has been mentioned shipping in mags is very risky.

the description clearly stated that mag is included, so in this case op is buying the card + mag

As far as not having a LCS near you, which I'm starting to hear this line a lot, buy some mags off eBay (you know, the place you bought the card from) as they're cheaper than a LCS would charge.

People seriously insist on making eBay as difficult as possible.
Heaven forbid a buyer gets what was advertised that they paid for.

Yes the seller should have included it, but to complain about it when it was actually the smart way to ship is petty. At the end of the day it does not matter one bit.

Positive: Love the card, wish it had included advertised MAG.

For me, just missing the mag is not worthy of a neu or neg feedback. It all depends on how the seller handles the situation. At the end of the day, the seller created this situation by saying he will include the mag in the description.

If I am OP, I would have contacted the seller and asked politely that his description said mag is included but it wasn't. The card did arrive safely. But if the card will not be shipped in a mag, may be the seller should change his description in the future. I wouldn't even ask for anything in return but will word it more of an advice to the seller.

Any good seller will at least apologize for the mistake. Some may offer a small refund. But a response of he didnt know how it happened or no response would have rubbed me to the wrong side. That's just not good customer service.

I don't know how the messages went, so I will refrain from advising on whether a neu or neg is warranted.

Either send the card back for a full refund or do nothing.

I think neutral is appropriate. Between not including the holder as stated in the auction, previous feedback for the same issue, then ignoring a message. The 3 combined definitely make neutral appropriate.
