I had this 74 Schmidt card when I was a kid, at the time it was my favorite baseball card. That card was mint to me, but probably EX at best today lol. I went big on this one and added a high end PSA 9 to my collection. Scan up!

I also added my first Clemente card, this card is a beauty I love the 57 set and I think this is the first I have owned.

And last this almost dead centered Bill Walton RC, I really like this card.

I wish I would have seen that Schmidt before you! So hard to find that card with perfect centering and no fisheyes. Congrats on a very tough pickup!

Thank you, that card really could be a 9 or 10 it has a fresh cert # so I know it was under a little more scrutiny.

I landed a really nice Gervin RC, it took awhile to find a card that doesn't have a bunch of tilt (74 set is tough). I'm still searching for that dead centered Gervin RC in the 7-8.5 range, but this is a nice place holder for now. Scan up.

Very nice, and that makes how many Gervin RCs now??? As you know I’m a fan of picking up duplicates of HOF RCs

I know and I'm a big fan of your collection, and have a long way to go to catch up . I do have one more basketball HOF RC coming in next week that I'm excited about.

I just added this DR J rc, I have two others and have always looked for them w/o the PD under his arm. I made an exception on this card. The card has one of the smaller less obtrusive PD's, it also boasts really nice centering, and it's very sharp for the grade. Scan up!

Awesome pick ups so far. Hoping to nab a Unitas at the National if I can find one reasonably priced.

Edit-Didn't realize there's 6 pages, got some more looking to do haha.

I had taken some time off of collecting, busy with life stuff. I had not bought any cards in a couple of months, and I'm not exactly sure how active I'm going to be in the cards from here on out. I have a few irons in the fire so, if things fall the way I'd like them to I think collecting will go on the back burner. I do need to sell off all the cards I have from my past collecting phases, I just need to focus on doing so. OK, enough words onto some cards.

I have made some really exciting additions lately. First up, you know I'm a sucker for Deacon Jones RC's and I'm happy to add this really nicely centered copy. I love the colors in this set! Scan.

Next, I have been kicking myself for selling my Leaf Stan the Man RC a couple of years ago. And have been searching ever since to add another for the PC (such an iconic card). My old card was a PSA 1.5 see scan, the card was beautiful for the grade and had PERFECT registration.

Old card.

And my new card, I picked this up from the BST section. This card is crazy nice it has the smallest surface wrinkle in the lower left corner and that's it! In hand it really looks like a PSA 5, has super nice registration, (not quite as good as my old 1.5) plus a super black name plate. Scan up!!

This next card is just a monster, I though my PSA 6 Kareem RC was the best looking 6 on the planet until I saw this card. This SGC 6 is insane looks pack fresh and has three DAGGER corners and one that 'might' have just a touch. This card doesn't look bad centered low as long the L/R is close, and this one is 50/50. Scan up!

Thanks Nam.

I have a couple of new additions for the vintage collection. First up a card I have been looking to add with good centering. There are only a handful of centered Pettit RC's that pop up in a year. When I saw this I just had to have it, this card looks amazing. Scan up!

Second, I also added another Jerry Rice RC, this card is tough to find with really good centering. This card is from the first year I opened packs as a kid, I have a soft spot for cards from 86.

That Rice looks ripe for a review!

and if no bump, a new slab is in order for sure!

I think the card has just a touch to much chipping for an 8.5. I would love to have all my cards in those new PSA slabs though .

I have had a couple of really nice pickups lately, first I took advantage of the eBay 15% off coupon and landed a really sharp 1971 Topps Clemente form the hard to come by 6th series. This card looks amazing in hand. Scan up!

I also added a couple more nicely centered Rice Rc's, OK that's it on the Rice rookies for a while .

Is the 86 Rice consider modern or vintage?

86 seems like a long time ago to me . I wonder if in 1984, 1952 Topps was considered vintage?
