Default Why does Panini do this?

Why does Panini let this happen? Joe White, (Panini America’s NFL Acquisition Manager) is signing on cards? why? The back of the cards say " The enclosed autograph is an official signed by Demarco Murray. The autograph was obtained and is guaranteed by Panini American, inc.

Not sure why Joe White would sign a letterman, but it probably just got mixed up with the correct patches to be put into the cards. No conspiracy needed here.

the QC process is pretty bad obviously.

That is odd. However, he goes to DeMarco's condo and gets the autos, so maybe he showed him how to sign it on that one....

Why would he be signing lettermen in the first place?

That is actually an interesting perspective and would make complete sense...

I would think that he would hold it back after he signed it but maybe it got slipped in by accident.

Way less. I would have no interest because DeMarco did not sign it, and I am sure it would be the same for others. Now if AP signed the letter, then maybe, but not a Panini employee

I can almost guarantee that the card above was a "demo" for Murray. That card was probably in the box with all the unsigned Letterman to show Murray where to sign. It's rare but it does happen. I've seen cards that have "SIGN HERE" on them. Someone in production mistakenly made the card.

i think Panini tweeted (not sure how long ago) that they inserted these joe white autos (5 total) and whoever found one should send it in and would receive some great prizes..... hopefully i can find the link.

I have a Sage basketball auto where the player signed on the front and the president signed on the back.

I still don't understand why people buy Panini. I feel like I had my lunch money stolen everytime I get a pack from them.
