Default Rudy Gay.. Why no love?

So I picked up a nice patch auto rookie of Mr. Gay limited to only 150 today and I was shocked to see Beckett doesn't even list any of his rookie cards. What the hell am I missing? Granted, I know Memphis has a lot to do with this but come on this guy is a hell of a player. He has to be Top 25 in the league and his rookies can't even book. It just shows how much of a joke Beckett really is.

I couldn't agree more. Especially when considering how bad that draft class was outside of Roy, Aldridge, and Rondo. It always shocked me how Rudy's cards don't sell that well. At least I've been able to pick up some nice ones for relatively cheap

sometimes beckett just doesnt list some particular cards, even if it's with stars. i cant think of any top of my head, but it doesnt mean it runs across the board for their rookie cards.

but on the other hand, rudy gay certainly is nowhere near the top 25 in the nba. if anyone strongly disagrees, i'll come up with a list of 25 very quickly.

let's be honest, i wanted to make a list anyway lol just to see who i would have in the top 25 personally

eastern conference: rajon rondo, dwight howard, joe johnson, derrick rose, wade, lebron, gerald wallace, john wall (damn it, i dont wanna hype him), amare, josh smith, boozer

western conference: kobe, cp3, deron williams, dirk, russell westbrook, durant, carmelo, brandon roy, nash, pau gasol, david lee, tony parker & kevin love this year, zach randolph (gay's not even the best on his team!)

some honorable mentions... tyreke, curry, blake griffin anyone? monta ellis, chris bosh maybe, yao when he gets minutes, andrew bogut circa february/march. some would argue danny granger and/or iguodala

is this b/c hmm boozer has made the allstar team multiple times and is a 20-10 every night? or is this because gerald wallace fills the stat sheet, avg last season about what rudy gay avg in points, is top-10 in the NBA in defense and avgs the most rebounds of anyone under 6-8 for the last idk-how-many-years?

You mustn't know basketball. Gerald Wallace is one of the most underrated players in the league. He can shoot, dunk, play D, whatever you want. LOL at your knowledge of basketball.

I think it's a little creepy that you FB stalked me. Which one of the jackasses were you on BO's facebook page complaining every 5 seconds?

I didn't need to stalk you. I saw one post from you and figured out who it was. Put it this way, I understand why you have such a hardass approach on here. If I was that little I would try to act big and bad online too. Keep it up little boy.

Do you pull Gay cards from hobby packs, retail packs, or fanny packs?

Yes, I am sure true teams like Utah want players like Millsap and Big Al over D. Wade. Have you seen how bad he looks this year. Give me guys who buy into a TEAM concept and I can get you a winner.

This is more of a true indicator of a players value to a TEAM than any other stat in the NBA. We have been down this path year in and year out but the sheep want to live and die by ppg, dunks, and other meaningless stats.

How many years have they been in the league combined? Rings don't mean everything. According to your childish logic, Trent Dilfer is a better quarterback than Dan Marino. Also, Adam Morrison would be one of the greatest players to ever step on the basketball court. Please try again oh brillant one.

Where did I say they we're worse than anyone... Everyone in the world would agree that Wade is better than both of these guys. Since when does one measly stat like efficiency rating mean everything? Apparently Wade lead a team to a championship with a crappy EFF rating. If EFF meant so much to you then why can't Millsap or Al win one?

I bet public parks would be a good place to trade your Gay cards. Lots of Gay fans hiding in the woods.
