Somebody play the trumpets and bring in MagaheeNFL to drop the hammer on an essay long post with other clues.

This is absolutely disgusting

I don't normally get involved with this stuff but I'll put in my 2 cents.

I currently break on EBay but have been breaking on and off since 2011. When I first started there were maybe 15 total breakers on BolgTV. Back then it was fun, Chad has always been the top dog but the rest of us were there to have fun and crack some wax as well. As time has gone on more people started getting involved and it quickly went from a fun and close nit group to a greedy, fraudulent hoard of scammers and deadbeats that has driven the hobby down.

I too buy into breaks but there are only a few breakers, that I know from back in 2011, that I would ever get into breaks with. The whole video scamming and dishonesty has really ruined it for a lot of people which is unfortunate because there are still good and honest breakers out there.

These are quotes from one of his threads

If we did a box draft the price would be roughly $79.85 for the first spot, that includes paypal fees and shipping. A hit draft would be more spots but cheaper. Hit draft would be roughly $18.40 that includes paypal fees and shipping for the first spot and $15.50 for every spot after that. The box draft would probably fill faster but the hit draft would be cheaper. If you guys want to break something else let me know. Hopefully we can get some "other" sport breaks going.
There are still some pretty big hits that have not popped up like Hall and Heenans other black 1/1's. I also believe Stings Alt black has yet to pop up.
Response to someone saying it is NOT a good time to be hosting your first break because of recent events?, of a breaker.

But I fully understand where you are coming from, what happened is a big deal and its not ok to play with peoples money, at least thats my thought on the situation.

What a D!

It would be almost comical...if it wasn't completely unethical, unscrupulous and illegal behavior.

So what did he do play a recorded video instead of actually breaking it live? Were people in the break saying anything? Usually in breaks there are pauses and people communicate with the breaker asking to show certain cards again and stuff. I didn't see any of that.

watch the reflection on the black box of NT to the left change at about 9:56.... more proof that the video's are being paused and resumed so he can go through the packs and pull the biggest hits.

wow.

and he's disabled comments and likes on the video.

pathetic.

everybody on ebay should file a chargeback if they see this thread.

LOL IT SHOWS TWO BOOK CARDS AT 9:59 (pause it)

box only has 1... ? I'm guessing that Mariota 1/1 was the other book?

and then after the end of the box he is stupid enough to say something about thinking it'd be two booklets...

Not just the fact he stole cards, but that the stolen care was that Mariota makes it hurt even worse. Titans guy is probably going nuts, and rightfully so.

1952 Mickey Mantle Reprint Card in A PSA 2 Holder | eBay

If the seller didn't actually say it was a reprint, how many people would of known? All this guy had to do was buy a 8.5 or 9 MJ and swap it out with a 10. Put the 10 label with the 9 card and boom. You made your self what $10K? Hobby has become very sketchy. I am not saying its the seller could be a consignment.

There is only one card shop in Clarksvile. I use to live there and frequent it. I'm sure Rick could tell you who this guy is.

That is the first thing I saw...

I have opened a lot of NT baseball football and hockey... probably 50 cases over the years..

Hockey had those chests... Only thing that made those boxes so thick was the chest...

You can see the chest in his hands.. But it is funny to me that the box is bursting open because so thick.... and he pulls that little book at the end...

LOL.. very funny and sad....

Sure this stuff happens a lot that never gets caught... it all seems so dirty.. group breaks razz etc... I stay so far away from all this..

I'd love to see what slim8660 has to say for himself. It says he's online and has been posting in threads recently. He has to notice this...

What a disgrace to the hobby and to card breaking.

The marriota book shield he had on eBay was hit in a room on breakers. Not by him. I was in the break when he hit it. So....that was not the book he took out

Yes sir! He's on the site at this very moment. No way he hasn't seen this yet.

I'm sure he's in full-on panic mode as we speak.

I break once in a long while and hardly ever use eBay to purchase breaks but I decided to yesterday. I read this post last night and then went to check my recent bids and, lo and behold, I bid and thankfully lost on 2 different spots with this chump. I watched the edited video with all the aforementioned clear cut signs of an editing job... audio changes, shadow changes, positional changes on his reflection all during the same cut and go spot.

I messaged him on ebay telling him that I bid on his items and watched his "CLEARLY" edited video and that this is low and sad and how he shouldn't host breaks. He wrote back with "I am reporting you to eBay for harassment. CLEARLY you have no proof of anything." Ha!! The hubris of this guy! Yeah, except there is evidence...
