LOL, Vikes sign Cousins.. All other teams involved in sweepstakes sign Vikings QBs.

Very interesting.

I have no idea how to feel about this, I guess it’s a better choice than playing Petty and McCown.

Not by much. Bridge is not a great QB.

Bridgewater was coming into his own before that injury derailed him.

I wanted Teddy bad in 2014.

I accepted the fact we weren't getting Cousins, so i wasn't too beaten up over it. I hate our ability to not go after other top candidates though.

I'm ok with Teddy as a stopgap, while we draft a QB(hopefully Baker) at 6.

Now go get some Oline help, and 2 corners.

DO SOMETHING!

You really want Baker? I'm not sure how I'd feel if that take Baker. I'd prefer move back and take Lamar Jackson late in round 1

Feels like every QB is signing where they belong.

Bridgewater could be a real good QB. All reports are that he has bulked up and improved his arm strength over the past 2 years.

I hope he stays healthy this year. He deserves another shot to be a franchise QB. Great leader and locker room guy

Nothing shocking at the QB position thus far.

Someone needs to photoshop Teddy’s head onto Lacy’s body.

C'mon, Jets - you gotta get Hack out there for some snaps so he can show you what he can do!

He'll probably be really fun on Madden as a QB though

I don't get the move at all. I guess Hackenberg is gonna go the way of Giovanni Carmazzi then, and never get a snap in a real NFL game?

and Teddy going to the Jets to backup McCown is just weird, when a hour before, it seemed like he was going to be signing to start there.

McCown is going into training camp as the starter. I'd guess if Teddy out plays him they would make the switch?

I still think they are taking a QB at 6 it's just a matter of who is there

Bills get last piece of trash left floating in the bowl which seems to be AJ McCarron. Be funny if they don't want him even and McCarron has to wait all summer before giving up and going back to Cincy on a 1 year backup deal.

Or AJ signs with the Cards to step in after Bradford gets injured.

ETA: Oops, didn't see that Glennon signed with AZ.

that would be insane right there too.

pickup McCown for $10M, add Teddy, you still have Petty and Hackenberg, and then draft a QB at 6?

I know Hackenberg is probably out, maybe Petty too, but another QB at 6?

makes zero sense.

Not saying it does make sense but I'm guessing petty and hackenburg are def out.

Not sure I know what I would like them to do at 6. My pipe dream is somehow Barkley or Chubb fall to 6 but that's highly unlikely

Why doesn't it make sense? Both McCown and Bridgewater are signed for 1 year deal only. McCown is the bridge and Bridgewater is the prove it/lottery ticket deal. If one of the QB you really like is still on the board to be drafted at 6 you absolutely take him. Petty and Hackenberg is essentially out.
