Nice. I wish I could remember the exact amount, but I couldn't have bought more than 3 packs that day, was prob just 1 or 2. The shop where I pulled it closed down a couple years later, turns out the main kid behind the counter had been weighing opening and resealing packs the entire time they were open.

If that happened these days all of us kids could've prob opened up a class action lawsuit, lmao.

Simple clean design, dig it. I sometimes think now with patches taking up most of the card you get no good shot of the player and/or they cram that auto in. This is an example of less is more.

I had been on the lookout for a Nique auto in a Magic uniform for ages. Then I saw one of these in a mailday a while ago here (may have been WillC?) and knew I had to own a copy.

My goodness, that's beautiful. I love the fact that it's 16x20 too. Way better for hanging than an 8x10. I think it's a nice touch that the 31 in his signature is right next to the 31 on his jersey.

Thanks! I didn't even realize that the auto's 31 was next to his jersey number before you said that, haha. I collect auto'ed 16x20s (have around 70 total but haven't bought any in a while), and the Reggie cost me a little less than $50 DLVD which I was happy to pay.

I wasn't going to post in this thread as I don't really have anything close to as nice as what has been posted. I then thought I could possibly add something different to this thread. This may not count but it is "basketball" related, kind of...

This is my favorite card I own. It's a portrait of my dog Kobe (yes, named after that Kobe). A very nice BO member, jrosales, did this portrait for me a while back. By far the ONE card nobody could buy off of me and I'll never sell, not that anyone would want to.

I know sketch cards aren't for everybody, but if you've ever thought about getting one you should PM jrosales to do a custom card personally for you. I can say no card has ever brought me as much joy as this card has. It's the only card I display in my office.

I think I remember jrosales showing off a bunch of sketches a while back where he sketched rookie cards of various players...I'm pretty sure it was him. Anyway, he is wildly talented. By the way, your contribution is more topic appropriate than all the league talk threads on the forum.
