These are so underrated. I don't understand why this set sells for so little.

Ah. The gold ones sell ok.

I have a bunch of the non-gold, non-numbered ones. I love them.

beautiful Perreault rc
staying on this topic, I never really liked the fact that Selanne's only rookie card was the 91-92 Upper Deck. I'd rather consider his 92-93 cards his rookies, so here's a Young Guns!

I hit this card and a McDavid Young Gun in the same box back on release date at Blowout.

The odds on those are ridiculous.

I didn't know it at the time, I thought it was a nice card but when I showed it to James at Blowout he told me about how hard they are to hit and how expensive they are. On the back on the card it's listed as 2014-15 card so I guess Mats didn't sign the card in time for that series. Lucky me.

Yeah. Those cards are super rare. Like one in every seven cases or something....if my memory serves me correctly.

Pulled in a case break with a few friends back when. Tried to get UD to replace it but they said they didn't have anything close at the time. Even with all the flaws it's one of my favorites.

This came from a Dominion bonus pack that was inserted into a box of 2012-13 Panini Prime. It's one of my favorites because I picked it up on a road trip that I almost didn't take. I like how the elegant, engraved silver is set to an understated B&W design, all the while contrasting against the "I'm the King of this arena, you're getting nothing by me," dominating stance of Mr. Quick. In regard to my collection, it's the card that almost wasn't. Yay for lockout years, I guess .
