This is awesome.

You may have inspired me to do this with my own collection.

I'm curious to see how many Jazz cards make the list

I don’t even own 100 cards

Call it a hunch but this list will have some nice cards that you rarely see on it

Thanks for sharing

This is awesome! I know there are going to be some amazing cards, that I only dream about owning in this countdown.

Also, Adam wouldn't #101 be the first card out?

More than one.... less than 50.

I tried to squeeze the Vince in but it just got cut.

I can't even fathom trying to figure out the top 100 cards I own. I'd also have a TON of trouble using one primary determinant (value) that most of us use because so many cards have sentimental value or I just flat out love the design. I might do a top 10 Mitch PC cards, possibly even top 25, but 100? No shot, it would consume my life trying to whittle down to 100 THEN rank them.

Definitely looking forward to this thread my man, and clearly others are as well. Just know in advance we all appreciate the time and energy this will take!

Also, you should create a single page for the list where you upload the card thumbnail after each reveal and keep that page updated as the collection evolves. You could probably use the first post of the thread for this but I'm not sure if it will allow 100 images; probably should have reserved the first 5 posts.
Great ideas. As you know, I’m kind of a weirdo. I want the time to write up why each is important/cool. Also, I like the idea of it taking the whole summer. I know that most people probably won’t want to keep up every day, but it will at least be fun for me.

Fair enough. Thanks for doing this and sharing your collection as well. I'll be in the audience for every update.

I plan on following, I think I've mentioned before that I really love this idea. Obviously the fact that so many want to follow suit is a testament to that!

#100 - the last one in and rarest prizm silver of them all- Rudy Gobert 2013 silver prizm auto /25

During the great silver prizm rush of 2017, I had a choice to make. My favorite active player, Rudy Gobert, does not have a regular prizm rookie. For some unknown reason, panini decided to hold Gobert out from the regular set and only include Rudy as an autograph. The problem? Rudy has a top 5, worst autograph in the league. It’s terrible.

Not withstanding the autograph quality of the stifle tower, the oversight by panini created an incredible shortage of silver prizms of one of the best players from the 2013 draft, giving me a worthwhile chase, and an undervalued card.

With Gobert healthy, the jazz finished the season on an absolute tear, winning 80% of their games after the half way point recording historic defensive rankings in the process - thanks in large part to the man on the middle.

This will not be the only Gobert on the list.

for us poor folks, can you include at least what one would expect to pay if they were in the market NOW for one of the cards on your list? (i mean on the open market, not your copy)

Thanks for the positive reinforcement guys. It means a lot. You all know that I enjoy this a lot, and blowout replaces the LCS for me. Thank you again. Will post again in the morning.

Haha. Too kind, man.

I’d be open to it, but we’re two cards in, and honestly, the Gobert is somewhere between a $30 and $500 card. It’s only going to get more difficult from here.
