Is there any rhyme or reason to the subject matter other than being famous for... whatever?

That being said, I want the Walt Disney.

That would be cool to have. When I first got into non-sports, I was wondering about the Walt Disney cut that was in the first Disney Treasures set (I read some old posts from another forum that it was either pulled or probably pulled, but there were no pics or confirmation).

the problem about all of these cut products is that for every Walt Disney cut, there's 20 Rosie Perez cuts (or insert your own $15 cut auto). as always, it's fun to gamble but with the money dropped on the case, you could almost pick up the cut from ebay.

That could be said about pretty much every product, right? So what's the point of making it after awhile?

I always have fun with this product. Yes, I get my share of Rosie Perez-like cuts but there's something fun about opening a product where you have no idea what you might pull... Even if the cuts aren't all that valuable, it's always fun to pull a signature of a pop culture star or icon.

My best cut from last year was a Princess Diana. I also pulled a Clara Barton, only to learn that she was a Civil War hero and founded the American Red Cross!

I think the main complaint I have is that Leaf has diluted the value of their own product by allowing their Executive cuts program. Now when you search on eBay, it's hard to distinguish what's been pack pulled versus made for a dealer...

Previously Leaf/Razor did a better job with their cut products. My LCS always ordered a fair amount of the cuts and usually 3/5 weren't too shabby. However over the last 2 years, it's been really watered down. Before when there were better mid level hits, you'd be lucky to get one per case.

I'm just saying that unless Leaf is producing less than 75 cases of this, you're definitely better off picking up singles.

You didn't know who Clara Barton was before?

I would love to pick up some of this but honestly like most here I am hesitant due to lack luster watered down signatures that is riddled throughout this product. I will stick with going the singles route, no sense in spending the cash and receiving nothing in return when I could have put that money towards something I actually want.

Hey guys, never bought anything like this before. Is it like other non-sports products, if you buy a case you are guaranteed a rather nice hit at least?

So far from watching people list their 6 cards from a case on the bay I have been seeing them hit at least one 1/1 or one #/2.

I sure wish they would release a full line-up of autographs not just the highlights of the product. Release is coming up very soon, November 23?

I ordered one box form Blowout today, I like trying things like these, and seeing who I get. If it's someone I want to keep, I'll buy another one, and so one until I get someone I don't want, then up on eBay it goes. Odds are, this will be my only pack.

I believe the Tupac signature in this product is on the product sell sheet.

Update, here it is:

No doubt a 1/1.

I have one case coming too. I'm hoping for the H.G. Wells or the Hemingway, but Tupac or Hendrix wouldn't disappoint me.
