I don't want to, but from my understanding, LeagueSafe's late fee is automatic after you pass the payment deadline, and I haven't seen a way to override that

Not to step on anyones toes but both guys who are unpaid are active on the board. In fact one is on right now. In fairness to the players and potential of having to get replacements I say we bump the deadline up to 1/25 at 1700. This gives us a week to find and get two replacements paid if we have to.

Last update you said one guy has not responded, yet he has logged on multiple times since then, another said they would pay last week, and have been on everytime I have checked on this thread. Again, not to step on toes, be impatient, and the fact $25 may be a lot to some, we do need to get rolling and I would say that about a month is long enough to make the 10 minutes time and gather the 25 bucks to make payment.

pretty happy at 9... depending how the first round shakes up may look to trade #16 for something later in the 2nd for a couple bumps up later on in the mid rounds.

We can talk about that. I'm open to either that or through ESPN online. If we do it here, I'll have to manually enter everyone's teams, but then we can draft whenever we want. If we do it on ESPN, I'll have to make sure the draft order is the same after all trades and everything, but the draft will be over in a few hours rather than a week or so. However, that'd also require finding a time where everyone will be available. There's pros and cons to both, doesn't really matter to me. I maybe prefer drafting on the boards slightly, but not a big deal

While I know it would be frustrating as commish to manually log all rosters. However, one advantage if we do a offline is could we do trading mid draft? IE: if there is someone in the 6th round i really like to trade up for and reach out to the teams ahead of me type of deal or once we start the draft ESPN or offline is the order set?

I would hate for this to get drawn out for weeks. I personally prefer online and for mid round trade inquiries maybe we can pause or stop the clock for discussion.

I'm not always on the boards and for me personally it would be much easier to track through a site.

If we do a draft that can be paused and could take over 4 hours, there's no way I can do it after like 7pm. I'm good with that but would need it to be mid day sometime.
