Blocked. Thanks, OP. Also, he forgot to say "God bless" at the end of his screed about dropping 20k a month.

Another non-paying bidder. Made me an offer, I accepted, then he never paid:

Do with it as you will...

This is a seller but it is probably someone you want to avoid both as a seller and buyer. He cancelled my purchase today saying he only accepts friend and family PayPal payments. I responded telling him F&F is against PayPal policy.

I have sent this along to them for review. Huge red flag when a seller requests F&F.

It's another huge red flag when the seller only has (1) feedback.

That is true but with eBay and PayPal protections, I am still inclined to buy, despite the lack of feedback, on lower-priced items.

Had this been a high-dollar card, I would not have given it a second look.

I am glad some of you think that way, some of my best Ebay buys come from low feedback sellers. With Ebay and Paypal protection covering the sellers 99.9% of the time you have nothing to lose. Even if the seller disappears Ebay or Paypal will cover you. Then if that don't work your credit card WILL cover you.

Sure, you're protected.....but this has still been a pretty giant hassle for the buyer and a time suck.

I don't know if the buyer got a good deal on the card or not in comparison to other sellers but now he has to deal with this headache.

Takes about 30 seconds to file the case and if I have to return something takes another to print the label and use the recycled package. Then I carry to the PO with my normal mail so takes a whole minute or 2 at the most.

In this case its not a headache, he simply does not pay and moves on. Then leaves the seller a neg.

Huh?

He has already paid, so there is that aspect of it. And now he needs to call eBay to explain the situation about asking for F&F, who knows how long the hold time will be.

It seems to be a lot more than just filing a case here.

The seller refunded and cancelled since a seller has to refund before he can cancel a paid item, so there is no case to file. If that is the case there is nothing more he HAS to do. The seller cannot open a non-payment case. He can call Ebay if he chooses to do so, but its not something he has to do. The seller will not be on Ebay for long.

Then again if he did not cancell it and refund the payment its just a matter of filing the claim so again nothing really that difficult...

Like I said if you don't want to take that chance on a low FB seller then THANK YOU because it makes me a lot of money on Ebay.

Another seller just left a false positive for the loser buyer mentioned in the OP.

"Return saying inside corners were damaged. ZERO damage. Cancel this guys bids."
