Okay so I just busted a hobby box of 16-17 Prestige that I bought on eBay sealed. The odds state 2 autos and 1 memorabilia per box on average but I only pulled a Jim Chones Preeminent Ink auto /199. I double checked EVERYTHING.
I did notice however that one pack only had 5 cards not 6 and another pack had two Reminiscent rookie inserts (of different players) back to back which I thought was odd. I just got back into busting after YEARS so I was just wondering if any of you guys/gals have had similar experience and would know which number would be best to call and how Panini usually handles these type of situations. Thanks in advance Last edited by MrCrossOver; 08-14-2017 at 10:42 PM. |

In the past I would do a quality assurance claim on their website. Have to mail box top and receipt from purchase. Not sure you can do it from an eBay purchase.

Thanks for the advice. Ill give them a call as well tomorrow. I pulled a 150 points card in the box so maybe thats substitutes the 1 auto or 1 memorabilia? Either way I'd still be down 1 hit

The points cards definitely do replace 1 of the hits, but like you said, you were still shorted 1 hit.
