Default Anyone use GMA Grading?

I have debating submitting some cards for grading but I haven't pulled the trigger because of the long turnaround times at Beckett and PSA. I just stumbled across GMA Grading Service out of Florida. Has anyone heard of this company or more importantly used this company for grading? Their pricing is cheaper than PSA and Beckett and seems like a good alternative. Any thoughts or insite into this company would be helpful!

I’d personally use SGC way before GMA, if you’re looking for an alternative to the big boys.

I only trust BGS, PSA, SGC.

I believe many collectors don't take GMA seriously at all.
Their grading standard is very questionable and give way too many 10s to cards that aren't supposed to be getting 10s.
Which makes me think that they just pass some forged cards as authentic as well.

kind of hard to take a company seriously when this (apparently) is their CoA....

https://api.ning.com/files/u325ipbpd...3u/triple5.JPG

in case you are wondering..

facsimilie should be facsimile
recreation should be re-creation
cardauthentication should be card authentication

and since the "signature is neither....." it should "nor" in front of "created by any other..."

cannot get pic to work for some reason, help appreciated, thanks!

Here's a list I made in 2007. (*********Edit, I actually think someone else started it and I added to it. Don't remember.) I have not updated it since then. Many are out of business by now. I would only use PSA, BGS and SGC. I used to use GAI back in the day as I had versions of the FF that no one else would differentiate on the flip and at the time they would.

I'm pretty sure TBP is a big GMA user. At least for his extensive prospect collection.

How could a grading company called Snaggletooth ever fail? Would love to see one of their slabs.

No joke, it looks like they went with that so they could also call themselves (S)naggletooth (G)rading (C)ompany so people would confuse them with the legit SGC.

Option 1. Psa or bgs or sgc
Option 2. Card saver or top loader
Option 3. Slide cards up and down your crack like a credit card machine
Option 4. GMA

Don’t go with with Good Morning America for grading your cards. They deserve better

GMA is trash but all the big ones give out questionable grades all the time, they just have people trusting them at this point.

Here is a thread about them. Nothing that has happened in the last year and a half has changed my opinion of GMA. https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1119844
