Do you have the complete trimmed set or are you posting as you find them?

I'll look up all the Registry owners once you are done. They will not be happy.

Posting them as I find them. Only recovering a small fraction of his purchases. But with the frequently >5 year turnaround period, that is to be expected.

BUYER BEWARE:

If you have purchased a 1948 Leaf set from PWCC, I would assume it is from Gary Moser. To date, I have not been searching complete sets for trimmed cards. Here are two sets that appear to be from him using the Sammy Baugh cards:

It's a Leaf Draft of Fletcher Cox, and it's /10. Whatever grade it is, I would expect it to be a pop 1 with none higher.

Wow, he liked Baugh. Quite sad to see he probably altered a decent percentage of the TOTAL pop.

PSA Cert #40751291

1958 Topps Roger Maris RC #47

Value gain of $905.00

This card was purchased by whitman111 (Gary Moser) from PWCC as a PSA-7 on September 11, 2016 for $625.00. PWCC Marketplace link: https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/items/1343502
Same card was sold by PWCC as a PSA-8 for $1,530.00 on June 13, 2018. PWCC Marketplace link: https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/items/1671318

Yellow circles are print and fiber identifiers.
Red squares identify color added in multiple places including quite a bit of the ink offset (PWCC calls it "snow"). This is one ugly card with the red ink density about 30 or 40 points too high. Brent even gave it a sticker.
Buy the card - not the grade...

PSA Cert #40751302

1965 Topps Steve Carlton RC #477

Value gain of $374.50

This card was purchased by whitman111 (Gary Moser) from PWCC as a PSA-7 on March 14, 2018 for $230.50. PWCC Marketplace link: https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/items/1621637
Same card was sold by PWCC as a PSA-8.5 for $605.00 on June 13, 2018. PWCC Marketplace link: https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/items/1672038

From the PSA-8.5 listing description: "A freshly graded beauty with 50-50 centering, crisp edges and four very sharp corners. The surfaces are exquisite with print, color and focus deserving of a higher grade. Harshly assessed by PSA and seemingly worthy of the half grade bump."

[B]Yellow circles are print and fiber identifiers.
Red squares identify color added to black solid.

So we can find moser cards by cert as well.
Maybe checking auction houses for any green cobbs within those certs? I'm wondering if there is another dumping ground. I'd guess not, as the shilling and retractions wouldn't push prices as high via auction houses.

Still flabbergasted you guys can find these out of the 10s of thousands of pwcc auctions. I wont be affected directly by altered cards, but applaud the good work unraveling fraud in the hobby.

It’s when I see turnaround times like this... bought middle of March , fixed and reslabbed (or freshly graded as Brent says), to then be ready for the June auction which would have obviously started prior to the end date of 6/13...

I mean c’mon.... and I know it’s been said, but it’s almost like Gary is working right out of Washington... I’m sure feds will be looking into his cell phone records and whereabouts....
