My closest Target and Walmart haven't seem to have been stocked in 2+ months. I even tweeted Excel to see if they'd be able to tell me if my area still even has a rep, but haven't heard anything.

They may have disabled that function for that product. You just have to be lucky and refresh that page and catch the restock online as apparently some got some today mid-afternoon.

Me too. I actually was halfway through the purchase and on submit to next part of the purchase, they were not longer in my cart.

Opened my first of two hobby cases, think I got the "good collation", decent results given the checklist, highlights:

- 19 Robert Base
- 1 Ted Williams SSP
- 1 McCutchen SP
- 14 relics / autos vs. 12 guaranteed (3 autos, best was Toro '85 /199)

All the other $1-$15 inserts you would expect.

Second case stamped identically, hoping there are 19 more Robert base cards in there. Will find out after the weekend.

Default Rough edges

The Luis Robert SP’s look like Topps cut the edges w/ a steak knife. Really reminds me of the Vlad 19’ Update SSP holding ball card. Not gonna be many 10’s with these it seems neither. 9’s are gonna be 10’s again. Jagged edges

It’s seems “coincidental” that someone who has YouTube channel pulls an SSSP like this lol nothing like free advertising right Topps?

Also does Topps ever end up releasing final master checklists after some time has passed that include everything that had been printed including unannounced surprises like the Robert Nnof or do they just leave surprises forever?

Well, in fairness...can't anyone "have" a YouTube channel?

lol talking how the Mookie Betts is going to be a $2k+ card

The trio SSP is stupid money though. Paying $3k+ for that is so dumb IMO

The Robert though seems really special.

Just stupid money being thrown at this variations right now.

Gotta throw money at something I guess. Ain’t much else to covet and conquer in that release.

I bought a case of 18 update when it came out. It was only a year and a half ago. It has ended up being the first update release since 2011 to feature high end players with their first autos in update. It rarely happens. Guys this good are already usually in series 1 or 2 unless called up late which also rarely happens. And LOL on Ohtani - he is the #1 reason Heritage prices are where they are now due to his late addition SP and autos making people buy cases looking for his red autos.

I'm not even a big fan of the trio SSSP, if it were alternate images, and not just the base RC pictures, I think it'd be cooler. I do think the Mookie SSSP is really neat though.

This is very wrong. Soto was the main draw of update to begin with. Acuna, Gleyber, and Ohtani all had series 2 rookie cards + rookie cards in the team set. Most people did not anticipate those three would have their rookies blow up the way they did, because they were all second rookie cards. Sotos were like $5. Acunas were $2-$3. Gleyber was under $1

Also the hobby is very different now. In 2017 I was buying Bellinger update Camo parallels for $75 and selling them for $150. We’re not in the same hobby we were then. 2018 saw a small increase in prices, but I was still buying Acuna gold updates for $50-$75. It really wasn’t until early 2019 that update parallels started going insane

My Targets don't stock sports any longer. Sucks.
