Exclamation ATTN AARON RODGERS BUYERS: Trimmer Dominick Cirigliano (domboski2005) is Cashing Out

Buyer beware of Dominick Cirigliano, eBay ID: domboski2005, Email: domboski@hotmail.com, out of Montclair, NJ. He is selling part or all of his Aaron Rodgers PSA registry that he has largely amassed by trimming and submitting cards to PSA himself. This is the first documented case of someone trimming and submitting cards to PSA for their own collection. The problem is that he is now fraudulently selling this aforementioned collection by not disclosing that these PSA-graded cards are almost all trimmed. I'm only posting a few examples tonight as I don't have a ton of time, however I felt it was imperative to get the word out as he has a slew of auctions ending this weekend and into next week. Check back tomorrow and Friday for updates.

Note that the cards are mostly self-subbed as indicated in the notes of his PSA registry: https://www.psacard.com/psasetregist...shedset/293958

And if anyone wants to watch a local news interview with this scumbag: https://brooklyn.news12.com/soothia-...names-39905402

Bottom and top edges trimmed (self-subbed per PSA set registry notes):
https://www.worthpoint.com/worthoped...kie-1827899642
https://www.ebay.com/itm/143877232636

Right edge trimmed (self-subbed per PSA set registry notes):
https://www.worthpoint.com/worthoped...igs-1827295225
https://www.ebay.com/itm/143877302415

Three edges trimmed to remove recoloring (self-subbed):
https://www.worthpoint.com/worthoped...one-1859017985
https://www.ebay.com/itm/143877164250

Bottom and right edges trimmed (self-subbed):

Another trimmed Heritage auto. Note that the trimmed edges are not even close to being cut straight. More to come.

Is it just me or is the auto on the Heritage autos just slightly different? Sure that is the same card? Seek very similar but starts and ends of letters seem to be at slightly different points here and there.

Check the serial numbered Topps sticker on the reverse.

Interesting - look at the tip of the ‘d’ (?) in Rodgers at the top. Seems to cross the line in one pic and not the other. Maybe just the image on the one makes it hard to see. Comparing the non flashing versions they seem to line up better as well. All good!

Untrimmed image is oversaturated so it makes the auto look stronger than it actually is. Also the .gif software is applying an image compression algorithm that’s blending the auto some.

I absolutely do not like fraud or cheating. This ruins the hobby.

3124508 on COMC you have done a lot to help out this community by taking time out of your day to let people know. For that, I thank you.

What can I do if anything to further your cause and raise attention to potential uneducated buyers? I feel very few people, maybe 5% of all card collectors, buyers and sellers utilize this forum. How do we reach the private collectors who never have time in their day to read messages like these?

You wouldn't put Rich Katz (card-buyer/OSCI) in the same category? We know that Katz assembled a pretty large hockey collection on the PSA set registry and then suddenly, after winning various awards, dumped it all. This was concurrent with a large number of cards being purchased, altered, and then resold in auction (often through PWCC).

As a Rodgers supercollector, this hurts my heart. Luckily, I've obtained most of my collection right after the sets' release and don't collect his high-end autos or autos of any kind. I'll have to go back through my purchases to look for his eBay ID. Just seeing it, it definitely is familiar to me but I'm not sure I've ever bought from him.

Three edges trimmed and PSA still didn't notice. Sad...

Why? Just to cheat to be #4 in a meaningless registry?

I do not understand.

Bottom edge trimmed (not trimmed by Dominick Cirigliano, Probstein origin):

I've called out another PSA 10 copy of this exact card that was trimmed on this edge also. Buyer beware.

Not the best .gif here, but gets the job done. Lots of stock removed.

I consolidated by Rodgers parallel collection between 2015-16 and sold off all of my Crown Royale's (except the 2012 non-die cuts). It looks like he has one of mine for sure - 2013 Crown Royale red (purple to me) holofoil 2/25. It's on my list of sold ARod cards. I'm not sure if he bought any other of my Crown Royale parallels since the serial numbers are on the back of most. And I have no before pictures though. What a shame.

It's on Worthpoint. Trimmed bottom edge.

His take is that he's innocent because one of the trimmed cards he's selling wasn't trimmed by him (which I clearly stated in the post). Solid attempt.

Yet all these cards are still for sale?

Thank you for the warning, the work is appreciated and sometimes thankless but not always.

Thank you

I'm just glad to see that this moron has a criminal defense attorney retained while he's committing the fraud. That's the smartest thing he's done so far.

Thanks for pointing this out. You are doing a tremendous service for our hobby.

Is PSA aware of this fraud?

Perhaps if a bunch of us petitioned PSA they would step in and do the right thing.
