Default Ebay Dsr Bullcrap

how can you give someone a postive feedback and give a 1 on Item as described rating if the item was not as described in fact the lowest rating possible wouldnt that merit a neg and not a postive feedback....

I've had so many issues with DSRs.

eBay does not have a record/will not tell you who left the low DSR ratings so you can figure out why they did so.

You also can't revise DSRs, so even if you could find the buyer with the issue to correct it, your DSRs would remain the same. AND if it was a mistake you are just screwed.

I lost my top-rated seller status and have only had 1 negative over 1600+ positives. My DSRs are all 4.8 and 4.9, but yet I have 1 too many "Low DSR ratings" so I am somehow considered to have "below standard" performance.

Very simple. A way for ebay to raise fees and offer a 20% discount that you can never achieve or keep.
Show me your friends and I'll show you your future.
